Monday, July 10th: Good morning!

The crew has completed the touchups which means your project is officially complete! It has been a pleasure working with and for you this year. We hope you enjoy your newly refreshed exteriors and have a great rest of the summer!

Monday, July 3rd: Greetings!

Our carpentry crew has wrapped up their miscellaneous work onsite. We are hoping to be back out there to complete touchups sometime this week. If you notice tape around your property please do not remove it, it serves as a marker for us to touch up that area and give you the best result!

Tuesday, June 27th: Good morning!

Carpentry repairs are still being completed onsite. Once these have wrapped up our painting crew will return to complete the minimal touch ups that are needed.

Monday, June 19th: Greetings!

There is still carpentry work being completed onsite. We will wait to do the minimal touch ups that are needed until the carpentry work is finished.

Monday, June 12th: Good afternoon!

We apologize for the delay in updates but we return with good news… The crew has completed your project! A project manager will be onsite to do a walk through and assess where touch ups are needed. The crew will then return to complete the touch ups and your project will be officially finished.

Wednesday, June 7th: Good morning!

The crew is onsite this morning and currently working on prepping and painting Buildings 4 and 5.

They will also begin prepping Buildings 6 and 7 today as well.

Tuesday, June 6th: Greetings!

We apologize for the delay in updates on your project but the crew has been working diligently and has been making great progress. They will begin prep work on Buildings 6 and 7 tomorrow.

Tuesday, May 30th: Good morning!

We hope everyone had an amazing Memorial Day weekend! Due to the poor weather today, our crew will not be able to make it onsite. We are hoping to be back onsite as soon as we can, weather permitting of course. Have a great day!

Friday, May 26th: Good afternoon residents of Sterling North!

Our crew will be onsite tomorrow and then taking a short break. We will see you again on Tuesday, May 30th.

Thursday, May 25th: Good morning!

Our crew is back onsite this morning prepping and painting Building 1. Check out the welcome video above to learn more about upcoming details.

Monday, May 22nd: Good Afternoon!

Our crew was out bright and early this morning to start the pressure washing on Buildings 1 and 2. We are hoping to return on Thursday to start painting Building 1!

Our carpentry crew was also out this morning for misc fixes.

Making sure to get all the nooks and crannies.

Wednesday, May 17th: Greetings residents of Sterling North!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being onsite soon.

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in the association on Monday, May 22nd . We kindly request that you close your windows and please remove any fragile and/or small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access for pressure washing. We anticipate pressure washing of each building to be completed in one day.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & painting tasks as early as possible, weather permitting.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.
