Route Map @ Carriage Homes of Bald Eagle Lake

Friday, July 14th: Good morning and TGIF! It’s going to be hot, hot, hot tomorrow so make sure to drink lots of water and try and stay out of the heat. If you’re looking for some fun and free stuff to do this weekend, the City Pages puts out Freeloader Friday– a summary of various happenings around the Twin Cities. Movies in the Park- Zootopia at Lake Harriet is playing tonight, the Ramset County Fair is all weekend, and then a Bastille Day block party at Barbette in Uptown on Sunday are a few that stand out.

Your project is complete! Thank you again for having us and we hope you have a great rest of the summer!

Thursday, July 13th: Good afternoon! It’s an exciting weekend for Minneapolis. The X- Games are being held at U.S. Bank Stadium. This is the first time the games are being held in the Midwest and we are excited that Minneapolis was the chosen venue. It’s reported that close to 100,000 people will be attending and in the area for the games. The best skateboarders, BMX racers, and motocross drivers will be entertaining audiences from today through Sunday. Linked is the X-Games website if you’re interested in attending any of the events or want to check out what all the hype is about.

The crew is cruising along anad working on the last couple buildings. And the great news is that they’ll wrap up today. Thank you again for having us. It has been our pleasure sprucing up your homes.

Ever reaches to paint the tip top of the pillar.

Taping off the pillars to ensure there are not drips.

Wednesday, July 12th: Hello and happy Wednesday!

One of the original pop- stars and divas, Diana Ross performed at Northrop Auditiorium last night. She brought her smile, sparkles, hit songs, and enthusiasm to a full house of eager fans. Maybe we can use Diana Ross’ ‘I Will Survive’ as an anthem to beat the heat and get through this week. You got this!

The crew has completed the first 3 building and is now working on the next few buildings’ door frames and pillars. We are anticipating the project will take another day and half to two days to complete.

The door frame gets a fresh coat of paint.

And off comes the tape!

One of the finished entry ways – great job guys!

Tuesday, July 11th: Good afternoon! It’s going to be another hot one- drink lots of water and stay cool!

The crews have starated painting your columns and front door frames.

Ever paints one of the entry pillars.

Pillars and doorframes, repeat.

The pillars are taped off and being painted.

Monday, July 10th: Greetings residents and welcome to your project blog for this year’s painting project.

This year we’ll be painting your front door frames and front pillars. We’ve posted a route map above- this shows the route we will take through the assocation to complete the painting. We’ll begin in the SW corner of the association and snake our way around to each building as shown above.

We’ll keep you updated with any changes to the schedule or weather delays if they happen to come up! Thanks again for having us and we’re looking forward to being onsite with you!
