Tuesday, June 9th: Good morning! 

The crew is working on Building #9 today and anticipates to finish up as well. 

Monday, June 8th: Good afternoon! 

It’s a HOT one today! 

The crew is onsite and pressure washing Building #8 and #9 today. 

Friday, June 5th: Hello and happy Friday! 

The crew is tackling Building 4 today and will finish it tomorrow. Monday they’ll move over to 7 – thanks! 

Thursday, June 4th: Good morning! 

We have moved onto Building 3. Building 4 will begin tomorrow – thank you!

Wednesday, June 3rd: Greetings! 

We wanted to update you on the crew’s progress and apologize for any miscommunication on our progress as we make our way through the route. 

They are washing about 1/2-3/4 of a Building/day. They will start on Building 3 tomorrow. 

Tuesday, June 2nd: Good morning! 

The crew finished washing Building 6 yesterday and had started briefly on 7. We wanted to get bak to our original route posted and we are resuming at 2 today. 

Monday, June 1st: Greetings! 

The crew is onsite and they are picking up the washing at Building 6 (#1 & #5 complete). They will then go back to 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9. We appreciate your flexibility as we re-routed due to the tree removal near Buildings 2 and 3 on Friday.

Thursday, May 28th: Good afternoon! 

The crew has washed the Condo Building #1 today. There is a tree being removed in front of Building 2 so we are changing the route. We will now go from 1, 4, 3, 2, 5 and so on to allow the tree removal their space. Thanks in advance for your cooperation! 

Wednesday, May 27th: Greetings! 

The crew completed 3 of the Townhouses yesterday. Today they will finish the 4th and final townhouse and the first grouping of condos – 4012-4014. Thanks!

Tuesday, May 26th: Good morning! 

We are onsite and ready to roll! 

The crew has started to pressure wash the siding and porches. They’ll be making their way down the townhouses first and then to the condos. 

Thursday, May 21st: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!

You may have made your way to our blog via blue notice, welcome! 

We’ll be getting your project underway on Tuesday, May 26th with your pressure washing project. We anticipate to be onsite for about 8-10 working days. 

We’ll be getting started on the Townhouses – the 4060/4061/4066/4067 Building and working our way North to the 4088/4089/4098/4099 Building. On the townhouses we will be pressure washing your vinyl siding only. 

After the townhouses are complete, we’ll move on to the condos, starting at the 4012/4014 Building and following the route posted above. For this section, we will be washing your vinyl siding, front/rear entrances, unit patios, and your garage doors. 

We kindly ask that you remove any small items from the exterior of your home to allow unobstructed access while pressure washing – thank you! You may return the items once your building is complete.
