Tuesday, July 2nd: Good afternoon!
The crew is resuming their prep and painting on the 4th Building — scraping, priming, and beginning to spray the siding.

We’ve got ourselves a rain day today and the crew will resume as the weather allows- which we are anticipating will be tomorrow. Thanks!

Wednesday, June 26th: Good afternoon!
The crew is right on schedule as they are prepping and will soon begin priming and then painting on the 3rd Building – 208/356.

Tuesday, June 25th: Greetings!
After yesterday’s rain day, we are back onsite and prepping and painting at the 298/308 Building. The crew is hoping to start prepping at least on the 366/376 Building tomorrow afternoon. Thanks!

Monday, June 24th: Good afternoon residents of Vintage Street. We hope you all had a great weekend!
The crew has a rain delay today, we’ll resume our prep and painting at Building #2 tomorrow or as the weather allows. The crew is anticipating to start the 3rd Building on Wednesday, 6/26- thanks!
Thursday, June 20th: Good morning!
The crew is prepping and painting on Building #2 and have about a days work left to complete it; however, there is rain in the forecast for the next few days. So we’ve updated the schedule for a projected start date on the 208/356 Building, likely early-mid week of June 24th. Thanks for your understanding as we just can’t control the weather!

Wednesday, June 19th: Greetings!
The crew is continuing to prep and paint on Building #2 — scraping, caulking, and priming and once complete they’ll begin painting.

The crew is continuing to prep and paint on Building #2 and will soon start brushing on the paint as well as spraying the siding.

Friday, June 14th: Hello and TGIF!
Lots happening around the Twin Cities this weekend to check out — looks like a beautiful weather weekend as well! The Stone Arch Festival is this weekend, Fri-Sun in Minneapolis along Main St. in Minneapolis and not far from there, Boom Island Festival is Sat-Sun. If you’re looking to cheer on the Twinkies, they’ve got a home- game stretch through next Wednesday and they are crushing it!
The crew is painting trim on Building #1 and will be moving into the 2nd Building on Monday starting with some prep work. Thanks and have a great weekend!
Thursday, June 13th: Good afternoon!
Quick update for you today: the crew is continuing to prep and spray the siding of Building 393/403 as well as starting to paint the trim. We’ll have some pictures for you tomorrow!
Wednesday, June 12th: Greetings!
The crew is continuing to prep on Building 1; they’ll also begin spraying and brush and rolling on the paint! We’re looking forward to sprucing up your buildings during your project.

Tuesday, June 11th: Good afternoon!
The crew is not onsite today with the rainy weather today. They’ll resume their prep and painting on Building #1 as the weather allows, which we’re hopeful will be tomorrow.

Thursday, June 6th: Good morning residents of Waycliffe II!
The crew is off and running this morning! They’ll be pressure washing Buildings 1 & 2 today and will pressure wash Buildings 3 & 4 tomorrow. Thanks in advance for moving your items from your decks and outside of your home!
We’ll then begin prep and painting on Building 1 on Monday, 6/10. Thanks!
Tuesday, June 4th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Waycliffe II in Wayzata! We are looking forward to being onsite!
We are thrilled to be back onsite and prepping and painting 4 of your buildings. We’ll begin with pressure washing the 4 buildings on Thursday, 6/6 and will return to begin prepping and painting on Monday, 6/10. For the pressure washing, we kindly ask that you remove all personal items from your deck and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access during washing. Once the washing is complete you may return items to your deck.
We are anticipating each building to take about 4-6 days to complete. We’ll continue to update the schedule posted above as we near start dates for the remaining buildings. Stay tuned here on the blog for project updates, progress photos, and any changes to the schedule should they arise.
