Questwood HOA – Falcon Heights

Monday, August 3rd:

This project is substantially complete. Thanks!

Friday, July 31st: 

Touch-ups have been marked but the crew is in the process of completing them. With the rain, we wouldn’t be onsite today. Thanks!

Wednesday, July 29th:

Good morning – we finished the remaining areas and now the Production Supervisor will walk the property and mark touch-ups for the crew to complete.

Monday, July 27th:

Hello all – as of Friday the siding was completed and the crew was working on garage doors over the weekend. The project should be completing early this week and then the team will walk the property to mark touch-ups and receive sign-off by the association.

All that remains is a small door that wasn’t opened and a deck. We should be able to finish this it up early this week, assuming no rain!

Friday, July 24th:

Work continues today even though we had a little rain this morning in the metro area; we will be planning to be working tomorrow, Saturday, July 25th.

Good afternoon – we are back onsite today and continuing to work on the building prep and painting select areas (garage doors).

Wednesday, July 22nd:

Good morning – we wrapped up the pressure washing yesterday at Questwood. We will be prepping the areas for painting and should be painting later this afternoon.

Monday, July 20th:

Good morning – after a strong thunderstorm early this morning, the weather has cleared up and we are onsite today starting the carpentry work. We are slated to start on Building 1 and generally the work should complete in about one – two days.

Wednesday, July 15th:

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting project slated to be completed within your community. We are projecting that the minor carpentry repairs will start on: Monday, July 20th

Once the carpentry has been completed, we anticipate returning to perform pressure washing of the included siding, hand cleaning & preparation of other accent areas start at the first building on: Tuesday, July 21st (Weather permitting)

We kindly request that each resident be aware of the crew and their ladders as they move around the community to pressure wash & paint the front elevation siding and other accent areas of your buildings.

We anticipate the included scope of work approved by your Association Board will take approximately 7 – 10 working days to finish. Please be aware of wet paint when entering or exiting their unit as Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint gets on your personal belongings.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone can return to their daily routine.
