Riverside Grove – Shakopee

Riverside Grove – Shakopee

Final Walkthrough Pending

Greetings and welcome to the official blog for the project at Riverside Grove. We’re thrilled to be onsite with you.

Tuesday, April 28th-Evening: As suspected, the hardest working painters in the biz have wrapped yet another action packed today and have completed the work at Riverside Grove. Now, it is Roell Painting S.O.P. (standard operating procedure to the lay person) for us to perform a final walk through and identify any outstanding items and touch-ups. We want to thank you for having us and your cooperation throughout the duration of the project!

Tuesday, April 28th:  With 4 buildings complete and 5 buildings on tap for today, the fellas should wrap up by day’s end. However, we have a saying at Roell Painting, and that is “that we don’t deem any job complete until YOU, the homeowner says so.” This is precisely why we do a thorough walk – through upon completion of the job to ensure all our i’s are dotted, and our t’s are crossed.

As you can see, much preparation precedes the application of the paint.

Monday, April 27th: In the wake of an incredibly exciting sports weekend for our fine state, the fellas are back onsite at Riverside Grove, hoping to replicate the dominance of the Wild yesterday afternoon! Bring on the Blackhawks!!!!

It is our goooooooooal to ensure that we deliver an exceptional outcome and we are confident you will be as happy with our work as we all are with the Wild!

Thursday, April 23rd:  Spring has sprung which can only mean one thing…we are that much closer to summertime and exterior painting season is underway! To coin a phrase from the one and only Fresh Prince, getting back outside to paint is “sort of a buzz!”

We hope everybody at Riverside Grove is excited as we are, because pressure washing gets underway on Friday, April 25th! We will be pressure washing and eventually painting the siding areas on your gables and we anticipate the that pressure washing will take a single day, and the painting will commence on Monday (weather permitting) and will take approximately 3-5 days (weather permitting). We’ll see you tomorrow everybody!
