Greetings and welcome to your project portal for the upcoming painting project at Lourdes Square HOA in Minneapolis. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer!

Monday, August 16th: Good afternoon!

The crew is wrapped up with prepping and staining your pergolas. We’ll soon complete a walk through and mark any areas needing touch ups. Thank you!

The crew has picked up where they left off and are scraping and priming the pergolas.

Monday, August 9th: Good morning!

The crew is continuing to prep and scrape the included pergola areas. They’ll start staining tomorrow. The crew will also begin to prep and paint the window bump outs this week as well. Thanks!

Prep and painting is underway to tackle the punch list items for this year’s touch up painting. They are anticipating to be wrapped up by Wednesday next week. Have a great weekend!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors.

For your project, we’ll be doing prep & performance of touch-up painting to building “bump-outs”, mailbox kiosks, and guest parking signs. We will also be prepping & fully repainting 6 pergolas, 11 garage doors, and 12 garage door frames at select addresses.

We are scheduled to begin your project on Monday, 8/2. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
