Greetings and welcome to your upcoming exterior project at Summit at Buck Hill in Burnsville. We are looking forward to working together.

Tuesday, August 1st: Good afternoon!

The crew has finished your project pending touch ups. A project manager will do a final walk through and mark areas with blue tape that are in need of touch ups. The crew will then return to complete these and your project will be done!

Thursday, July 27th: Good morning!

After yesterday’s rain delay the crew is back onsite. They are continuing to work diligently on your project as they wash, prep & stain your decks.

Monday, July 24th: Good afternoon!

Our goal for your decks is to make them all look relatively the same color. In order to do so we needed to use two different stains, therefore your may see either a pink or green ribbon on your property. Please do not remove them as they are there to indicate the color to our crew. Thank you!

Thursday, July 20th: Good afternoon!

Our crew will begin pressure washing the select decking substrates (deck skirts & posts only) in preparation for the upcoming staining project on Friday, July 21st. We kindly request that members remove all small personal items hanging from the pillars or decking areas for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

After the surfaces have been washed (washing will take approximately 2-3 days), the wood will need time to dry before the crew returns to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. We kindly request that members do not remove any tape or plastic from the included areas for the duration of the project. We anticipate that prep work & staining will start in the community on Monday, July 24th.

The scope of work will take about 8-10 working days to complete the entire association. However, your specific unit will take much less time. Also, please be mindful that weather may alter this finishing schedule.

We are looking forward to starting your project at Summit at Buck Hill.

Your project will consist of working on the deck pillars on the outside of the buildings as well as some selected decking.

The tentative start date is still being determined but we are anxiously awaiting the start of this project.
