Tuesday, July 7th: Greetings!

We are going to be back onsite on Friday, 7/10 and Saturday 7/11 to paint the remaining resident doors at Water’s Edge. This will be our final attempt to paint doors in the open position. If you have not made an appointment or opened your door yet, we will be knocking before painting your door in the closed position on Saturday, 7/11. Please utilize the calendar scheduling tool above to make an appointment to have your door painted. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!

The crew completed door painting on Friday and Saturday. Thank you to everyone that scheduled a time and opened their doors to be painted.

We will be scheduling a final door painting, but the details have not been finalized. Look for a red notice to be posted with further information of date/times. Thanks!

Monday, May 18th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming PVC window trim replacement project. We are thrilled to be back onsite and finishing your window trim this year!

We are tentatively set to begin onTuesday, May 26th – it will depend on the weather the rest of the week and the carpentry crew is finishing up their current project.

We’ll be having a dumpster dropped off and materials staged at in the NW corner of the association where there is a dead end. Tuesday the dumpster will arrive and on Wednesday or Thursday the materials will be delivered.

In total, we are anticipating to be onsite for about a month. We’ll be making our way from the West side to the East side along 149th St N and our working days/hours will be Monday – Friday from 8am – 6pm. We may add in Saturdays as needed if the weather is postponing progress.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, share photos , and alert you of any weather delays should they come up.

Thanks so much and we’re looking forward to getting started soon!

Notice was taped to my garage at 4920 149th St. N. #6 but my front door was already painted on Tuesday 6/23 and looks great! Though original color was a lighter gold, it is now a rich dark charcoal color but accents the exterior beautifully. I take it I can ignore the notice?
