Monday, 9/29 – Painting IN PROGRESS Between Iodine and Geranium

Above is the route the guys are working out @ Sunflower Ridge. As of the end of the day on Monday, September 28th, 6 Buildings should be completed.

Monday, September 28th: As you can see from the map above, the guys continue to make their through the association and are currently down in the section between Iodine Street and Geranium Street. With good weather in the foreseeable future, steady progress should continue throughout the week.

As you can see, some of the deck skirts were in desperate need for a fresh coat of paint!

Wednesday, September 23rd: Perhaps you’ve found your way to the blog by way of blue notices posted onsite. Welcome! 

As you may have discerned, pressure washing has been completed and the fellas are making their way around the property painting various trim areas. Among the areas designated for completion are front door frames, front entry stoop skirt boards, above garage deck skirts, and front entry pillars. 

As soon as the weather cooperates, painting will resume. Things aren’t looking so hot for Thursday, but we will keep you fully apprised of the schedule AND any weather delays.
