Bassett Creek Crossing – Plymouth
Project COMPLETE
Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Bassett Creek Crossing. We are thrilled to be onsite to work with you this summer.
Thursday, August 3rd: Greetings!
Our crew was out bright and early today completing work on Building 7.
Tuesday, August 1st: Good morning!
The crew is moving through your project faster than we anticipated. They spent this morning priming all of the buildings. Once the priming was completed, they began painting today as well.
Thursday, July 27th: Greetings!
We wanted to give everyone an update for this week. Due to the strong heat our crew will only be working in the mornings as to not get overheated. We also estimate the priming of your project to be starting next week and plan on painting the following. Have a great weekend!
Thursday, July 27th: Good afternoon!
Our crew has been onsite today working their way through the map (pictured above). They have been prepping washing your Buildings over the course of this past week. We can return to paint once the prep work has had an adequate amount of time to dry.
Wednesday, July 26th: Good morning!
Unfortunately the weather predictions today are not ideal for our crew to be working on your project. We hope to return onsite as soon as possible, weather permitting of course.
Wednesday, July 19th: Greetings Residents of Bassett Creek Crossing!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being onsite and refreshing your exteriors this summer.
Our crew will begin pressure washing the garage doors at the first building in our proposed sequence on Friday, July 21st. Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping & priming garage doors on the first building in our proposed sequence and will follow the buildings sequentially until all are primed. We are projecting that prep & priming will start on Monday, July 24th.
Once all garage doors have been adequately prepped & primed, we plan to move onto the painting portion of the project. We are projecting that painting will start on Monday, July 31st.
We kindly request that each homeowner be aware of wet paint when opening or closing garage doors. Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any touch ups caused by prematurely opening your door. If you have plans and will need to leave, we ask that you park your car at the end of your driveway so your door can remain closed during each phase of the project.
Though your individual door will take less time, we anticipate the included scope of work will take about 10-12 working days to complete all included garage doors. Please be mindful that weather may alter this finishing schedule. We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine so we will do our best to complete the project promptly to be sure everyone can return to their daily routine.
