Tentative Schedule – Updated 7/26

Friday, July 27th: Good morning and TGIF! 

The crew is prepping and painting on the last building, #9. We have enjoyed being onsite with you over the last month to freshen up your buildings. Thank you so much for the opportunity and have a great rest of the summer! We’ll be completing touchups over the next week, thanks!

Thursday, July 26th: Good morning! 

After a rain day yesterday, the crew is resuming their painting – they are wrapping up on Building 7 as well as prepping and painting on Building 9. Thanks!

Tuesday, July 24th: Good afternoon! 

Another beautiful and sunny day and our crews are continuing with Building 7. With the potential for rain tomorrow, we’ll then likely begin Building 9 on Thursday or Friday.

Monday, July 23rd: Hello and happy Monday! We hope you all had a great weekend!

After the rain days at the end of last week, the crew is back onsite and wrapping up their painting on Building 8, which they should finish today. They will also be pressure washing Building 9 today as well. And we’ve got a second crew that’s started to prep and paint on Building 7.

Friday, July 20th: Good morning and TGIF! With the continued rain, it’s too wet for our crews to resume their painting today.

They will be back onsite on Monday to continue painting on Building 8. They’ll also be pressure washing the last building, #9. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Thursday, July 19th: Good morning! We’ve got outselves a rain delay today. The crew should resume tomorrow, given the surfaces have dried out. We’ll keep you updated here on the blog. Thanks!

Wednesday, July 18th:

Update- We’ll be holding off on pressure washing #9 since there is some other work being done to the building. The crew will instead jump ahead to building #8 to begin prepping and painting. They’ll resume on #7 when we have the color match finalized. Thanks!!

Tuesday, July 17th: Good afternoon! 

Brief update: The crew is prepping and painting on Building #6 and will be moving onto Building #7 tomorrow. Thanks!

Monday, July 16th: Good morning residents of Bearpath Fairway Villas! We hope you all had a great weekend. Team France has taken reign as the World Cup Champion! They were favored to win over Croatia and took the win 4 – 2. Félicitations!

The crew is pressure washing Buildings 7 and 8 today as well as wrapping up on Building 5 and then starting prep and painting on Building 6.

Friday, July 13th: It’s Friday the 13th and we have ourselves a rain delay…

The crew began prepping building #5 yesterday and will begin their painting tomorrow as the weather allows. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Thursday, July 12th: Hello residents of Bearpath Fairway Villas! 

Croatia took the match yesterday and will face France on Sunday at 10am for the final in the World Cup. GOAL!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint on Building #4 and then tomorrow they’ll be starting with prep on the #5 Building – caulking and priming. Thanks!

Wednesday, July 11th: Good morning! 

Big news in World Cup soccer, yesterday in the semi-finals, France beat Belgium and today Croatia will face England. That game is on at 1pm if you want to watch! This will be the first time in 28 years that England has been in a semi-final match. The winner will then take on France in the final on Sunday, 7/15. 

The crew has resumed their prep and painting on Building #4. They’re working on the trim first and then will start the stucco.

Tuesday, July 10th: Good morning! Just a quick update right away this morning – the crew will be pressure washing the 5th and 6th buildings tomorrow, Wednesday 7/11/ Thanks!

We’ve got a rain delay and the crew will resume painting tomorrow and pressure washing Buildings #5 and #6. They’ll finish up on Building #3 and begin on #4 tomorrow as well. They’ve also started to paint the shutters, beginning at Building #1.

Hello! We have ourselves a rain day, folks.

The crew will not be onsite tomorrow for the 4th of July, but will resume their prep and painting on Thursday, 7/5. They’ll also be starting the next Building, #3 as early as Thursday as well. 

We have a skeleton crew in our office the rest of the week as we’re spending time with family and enjoying the holiday, but we will resume with daily updates on Monday. Please look to the table above for scheduling questions. Thanks and have a happy and safe 4th of July and a great rest of the week!

We hope you all had a good weekend. We have an interesting week with 4th of July on Wednesday. The crew is continuing to work on Building #2 and will make sure to have the area tidied up for the holiday. We anticipate the crew to begin on the third building Thursday or Friday of this week.

Friday, June 29th: Hello and TGIF! 

The crews are holding steady at Bearpath Fairway Villas! They are pressure washing Buildings 3 and 4 today and well as continuing to paint on Building 2. We hope you all have a great weekend!

Thursday, June 28th: Good afternoon residents of Bearpath Fairway Villas! 

The crew is continuing to prep and paint on the 2nd Building – trim and then the stucco siding. We’ll also be pressure washing the 3rd and 4th Buildings tomorrow, 6/29. Thanks!

Wednesday, June 27th: Hello and good afternoon!

The crew is continuing to prep and painting on Building #1. They’ve painted the trim and are now painting the stucco. They’ll also begin prepping and painting on the 2nd Building tomorrow as well. Thanks!

Monday, June 25th: Good morning residents of the Bearpath Fairway Villas. We hope you all had a great weekend. We are onsite and starting your project with prep work on Building 1. They are completing scraping and caulking in advance of beginning the painting. We will start with the trim painting.

Wednesday, June 20th: Hello residents of Bearpath Fairway Villas! The crew has completed the pressure washing on Buildings 1 & 2. We are projecting our start of the prep and painting on Building 1 for Tuesday, 6/26. With the recent rain, we’ve been delayed on our ongoing projects which has thus pushed back your start date. Thanks for your understanding and we’re looking forward to getting the painting started next week!

Tuesday, June 19th: And they’re off! We are thrilled to be onsite and starting your painting project.

The crew has started to pressure wash Buildings 1 and 2 at Bearpath Fairway Villas today. The crew will resume with prep and painting on Monday, June 25th, weather permitting that the surfaces are dry. 

Buildings 1 & 2 are washed and sprayed with a cleaning solution.

Monday, June 18th: UPDATE: PART 2- We are keeping with the original plan to move from south to north and start with the 1st and 2nd buildings. Thanks! 

Good morning! We’ve updated our table above to reflect our schedule for the first buildings to be pressure washed. We are skipping Buildings 1 & 4 for the time being because of roof replacement on these buildings. We’ll be coordinating with their shedule as to not impede on the repairs and then get those buildings washed and painted once their work is complete. Thanks! 

Friday, June 15th: Hello and TGIF! 

We have almost made it to the weekend and just as well to the start of your painting project. We’ll begin on Monday with pressure washing the first 2 buildings. We’ve posted a route map in which we’ve designated building numbers. We’ll be starting with the southern most building and moving north through the project. This will be our route for the pressure washing as well as the painting. 

We’ve also posted a finishing schedule that we will continually update with pressure washing dates, and prep and painting start dates. This will help you to know when we’ll be painting at your unit. 

Next week we’ll be working to get color matches for your buildings and trim- note: if anyone has any extra paint from previous projects for the trim, we’d gladly take the color information if you want to call our office: 763-559-5296. Thanks! 

We anticipate to be onsite for 6-8 weeks with weather being the biggest factor in length. Stay tuned here on the blog as we’ll update the schedule, post progress updates and photos, and keep you apprised of any delays should they come up.
