Friday, October 16th: Good afternoon!

We’ve finished prepping and applying the clear coat to the select doors and will be making our way around to return the weather stripping to the doors over the next few days.

Thanks for your cooperation and participation to get your door prepped and painted. Have a great weekend!

Monday, October 12th: Greetings!

Thank you to everyone who had scheduled a door painting appointment and/ or was home to open their door. We’ll be coming around today to hopefully put back up all of the weather stripping we removed to clear coat the doors. Thanks!

Thursday, October 8th: Good morning!

We are getting started painting the clear coat on the doors today. At your appointment time, we’ll remove the weather stripping. You can then close the doors and we’ll apply the clear coat. It can remain closed while it dries. We would then be coming back on Friday or Saturday to return the weather stripping to the door. This will require you to have the door open again for a few minutes to re-install. Thank you!

Monday, October 5th: Greetings!

The crew is off and running at Basset Creek. Door prep is underway!

Thank you to those that have signed up for door painting using the scheduling tool above.

Onsite and prepping doors.

Prep is underway.

Thursday, October 1st: Good afternoon!

We’ll be getting started on your door refinishing project on Monday, 10/5.

Each unit will require a different scope of work that may require sanding, spot staining, and other misc. tasks to pre and then stain your door. We’ll begin this prep work before applying the protective clear coat on Monday. Most of this can and will be done without needing participation from homeowners.

Once the prep tasks are complete, the crew will begin to apply the protective clear coat — covering areas, possibly removing the weather stripping (select units only). Our hope is to have all of the doors prepped and clear coated during the week next week.

Depending on how many doors will require homeowners to be home, to allow us to remove the weather stripping and clear coat, we may open up a scheduling tool to allow homeowners to choose a date/time that will work for them.

Stay tuned for further details and we’re looking forward to being onsite next week!
