Wednesday, June 10th: Hello all – we are onsite doing painting only today and are hoping for the weather to cooperate for the first door appointment that start tomorrow.

Tuesday, June 9th: Hello all – we are back onsite today and we are going to be adding door appointments this week beginning on Thursday at 8 am. We are also beginning carpentry today!

Please be advised that our crews will begin painting front doors in the community starting on: THURSDAY, JUNE 11TH

The painting of your front door will require participation from each homeowner to paint the door in the open position.

Community members will have two options to get their door painted. The first option is to allow a crew member (they will be knocking on doors for duration of project during business hours) to complete this task while you are home if you are available and it is convenient for your schedule. The second and most convenient method for completing this painting task is to select a date & time at the website below that works within your schedule.

Monday, June 8th: Hello all – we will not be onsite today due to the rain we received overnight and may receive today. We should be back on Tuesday, June 9th.

Friday, June 5: Hello all – there is some carpentry work that is occurring so deck staining isn’t happening for the moment. Please make sure that decks are cleared for any carpentry that is in flight. The crews will be working on Saturday and the weather forecast may bring some rain.

Thursday, June 4: Hello all – we have begun painting as of this Monday, June 1.

We are also staining this week – please make sure items are off of decks so that we can stain them. Your association management should be sending out another notice.

Here are a few action shots:

Friday, May 22nd: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming staining & trim painting project slated to be completed within your community soon. We are projecting that pressure washing will begin on: TUESDAY, MAY 26th

We anticipate that the washing will take about 2 – 3 working days to complete and kindly request that each resident please remove all small personal items & furniture from your front porch and deck areas to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the crew when washing. You may return items once washing is complete; however, the contents will need to be cleared once again when the staining begins. Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping & finishing the included deck staining & building painting. We are projecting for these tasks to begin at the first building on: MONDAY, JUNE 1st (Weather permitting)

We anticipate the included scope of work will take 3 – 4 weeks to finish and kindly request that each homeowner be aware of wet paint / stain when entering or exiting their unit. Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint or stain gets on your personal belongings. We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone can return to their daily routine. One can stay up to date on weather delays, scheduling updates, and other additional information Here on the blog.
