Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Rivenwick Condos & Townhomes. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this spring! Check out the project welcome video below for more information about the work starting on June 2.

Thursday, June 12th: The door appointments are filling up – thank you for making the attempt to schedule your unit before the cutoff date.

We will be back with an update tomorrow with more of an idea of what remains for the rest of this week and next. 

Wednesday, June 11th: Happy Wednesday! We are back to painting front doors and will continue to do so through Saturday.

WE WILL ATTEMPT ONE LAST TIME TO KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR THIS SATURDAY, 6/14. THE PAINTERS HAVE BEEN DIRECTED TO PAINT YOUR DOOR IN THE CLOSED POSITION ON SATURDAY, 6/14 IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE OR DO NOT SCHEDULE A TIME TO HAVE US PAINT PRIOR TO SATURDAY, 6/14.

Monday, June 9th: Happy Monday – we have a little bit of a delay with the rain today.

Reminder that we are posting final door painting notices in the association this week and you should find an appointment if you haven’t already!

Wednesday, June 4th: Happy Wednesday – let’s be glad the air is clearing and we can get back to working outside without rain delays.

The door appointments are currently in progress. The crew will be also knocking on doors in the area to try to take care of anyone that isn’t scheduled but we have opened up additional times for door appointments next week! Residents who haven’t sign up will get a red FINAL notice posted this Friday to direct you to sign up for an appointment. 

We continue to work on Building #1-#3.

Tuesday, June 3rd: Happy Tuesday / Rain Day. We started the day with rain, which means we are delayed today but plan to resume tomorrow assuming the weather holds. The door appointments will be held as planned.

We have opened up appointments for anyone who did not snag a spot for the week of June 9th with appointments beginning on June 11 and running until June 14.

Monday, June 2nd: Hello on this hot and sunny day in June!

The project is officially started and work has begun. Today we are painting on Building#s 1-3. As of now, the planned appointments for front doors appear to be holding. We will give you an update tomorrow with progress and any changes to the schedule as well as progress photos, if we can catch some great action shots of the crew onsite. Thursday, May 29th: Hello Residents of Rivenwick Condos & Townhomes – we have been glad to see everyone scheduling appointments for next week to have your front doors painted. We still have a handful of slots available – so be sure to do your best to get an appointment scheduled.

If you do not see any openings, we can add you to the schedule. The crews(s) will also be knocking on doors during the appointment times and offering you the option to have your door painted as we move through the scheduled appointments.

Wednesday, May 21st: Greetings Residents of Rivenwick Condos & Townhomes!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Please be advised that our crews will begin washing, prepping & painting doors & other accent areas (front door frames, garage door frames, shutters & louvers) in the community starting on: MONDAY, JUNE 2nd. A majority of this project will have minimal impact to your daily routine. However, painting of your front door will require participation from each homeowner to paint the door in the open position.

Community members will have two options to get their door painted. The first option is to allow a crew member (they will be knocking on doors throughout the duration of the project during business hours) to complete this task while you are home if you are available and it is convenient for your schedule. The second and most convenient method for completing this painting task is to select a date & time at the website below that works within your schedule.

Our team will be taking on the one-hour appointments on the following days:

Wednesday, June 4th 9 AM – 4 PM

Thursday, June 5th 9 AM – 4 PM

Friday, June 6th 9 AM – 4 PM

Saturday, June 7th 10 AM – 2 PM

Through the scheduling tool, appointments will be a first-come, first-served basis. If you have not made an appointment or allowed the painters to paint the door while you are home by FRIDAY, MAY 30th, your door will be painted in the closed position this day. After the door is painted, it must remain open for a minimum of 2.5 hours. Damages caused by prematurely closing will not be the responsibility of Roell Painting to fix & will not be repaired.

We anticipate that the entire project will be finished within 5 to 7 working days (weather permitting). To view additional information about the project, including the crews planned sequence / painting schedule or any weather-related delays, please visit this blog for frequent updates.
