Monday, August 24th: Good afternoon residents of Clover Ridge!

Looks like we are anticipating finishing the painting tomorrow at the latest. 

Monday, August 10th: Good afternoon!

We are onsite & working on the fronts of buildings 10 & 11 today. 

Wednesday, August 5th: Good afternoon – we were onsite yesterday kicking off the project. We will be providing an update later this week with progress on what buildings we’ve gone through.

Thanks! Looks like another round of nice weather for a bit which should keep our momentum going.

Monday, August 3rd: Good morning! Our project manager, Nick, was onsite this morning filming a project welcome video for you. Please take a look so you can understand the approach as we begin work on the Row Homes tomorrow.

Friday, July 31st: Our crew is scheduled to begin preparation & painting on the first building in the association and work is slated to begin on: TUESDAY, AUGUST 4^TH  

 We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from your front porches to allow for safe & unobstructed access for preparation & painting.

 The included scope of work includes front entry pillars. We anticipate the entire project to be completed in approximately 3 – 4 weeks; however, your individual unit/building will take significantly less time. Please be mindful that weather will likely impact our finishing schedule as well. Overall, this project will have minimal impact to your daily routine. We will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your porch.
