Wednesday, July 10th: Good morning!
The crew started their prep and painting to your entry door trim and garage doors/trim; however, with the impending rain, they’ll be pressing pause and will resume as the weather allows. Stay tuned here for further updates.
Also to note, for completing the painting of your garages and front door frames, the crew will be using one ‘color package’ throughout your association and then moving to the next ‘color package’ to complete those corresponding buildings and so on. This just means we’re not following the route per say, but using the paint color packages as a guide which will maximize efficiency. Thanks!
Monday, July 8th: Good afternoon!
The crew is off and running and beginning the pressure washing portion of the project.
We’ve posted a site map above to show the route the crew will follow for pressure washing and painting the garage doors and frames. We are only prepping and painting in the ‘outer circle’ of the association and we apologize for any confusion this caused.
For the door painting portion of the project, there will be select dates/times available for you to schedule a time to be home so we can paint your door in the open position. We’ll be finalizing the schedule soon for painting and will post as soon as we do— thanks for your patience!

Monday, July 1st: Hello and welcome to your project blog!
We’ll be getting your project started on Monday, July 8th with pressure washing of the included areas: garage doors and frames throughout the association.
For the pressure washing, we are utilizing homeowner’s water spigots — please ensure yours are turned on for the pressure washing, which we anticipate with take 2 days to wash the included areas.
Once the pressure washing is complete, we’ll return to prep and paint the garage doors and frames and we ask that you are mindful of garage use as we make our way around the association to paint the doors.
As part of this project, we’ll be painting your front doors. This will require some participation from each homeowner to paint the doors while in the open position. Once we finalize a door schedule, we’ll post the schedule here on the blog as well as some sign up tables. You make comment on the blog or call our office to schedule a specific time to paint your door. Once painted, we require the door to remain open for 2-3 hours to ensure a complete dry time. Please be mindful of these details when scheduling a time to be home for the door painting. We will not be responsible nor will we perform touch ups from damages closing doors too early.
Stay tuned for further project details as we near your start date and continue with project progress. We’ll also post a completion route as well as a door schedule as they are available.
Thanks and have a great 4th of July!
