Delgany – Maple Grove

Delgany – Maple Grove

Project Completed – Pending Walkthrough

GREETINGS AND WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL BLOG FOR THE PAINTING PROJECT @ DELGANY. WE ARE THRILLED TO BE ONSITE WITH YOU!

Friday, August 12th: We’ve received confirmation that final touchups were completed last Saturday. We want to thank everybody for having us and for their patience as we battled mother nature.

Friday, July 29th: We are happy to report that as of yesterday, the painting project at Delgany (save for 4 front doors) has been completed. Of course, no project is complete until the client deems it so, so the team will be performing a series of quality control measures to ensure that everything is wrapped up in a pretty bow!

We want to especially thank Trevor and Nikki for forwarding us any/all feedback from residents to ensure that no detail was overlooked. These things are a team effort and we certainly are grateful for their involvement.

KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED FOR JESSE IN THE COMING DAYS AS HE GOES OVER THE PROJECT AT DELGANY WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB.

Wednesday, July 20th: Hello again Delgany. The fellas continue to make steady progress at Delgany having completed shutters on 26 buildings by end of day on Tuesday. Work continues east across 97th Place North and the guys should be going up around the bend to Alvarado Lane by the end of the day today or tomorrow, then will be coming back west acroos 97th to wrap up next week. We will be watching the weather very closely the next 3 days as heat advisory warnings have been issued and we will likely be working shorter days on those two days.

Right now, we are projecting completion of the project by the end of the week next week, but of course, this is all subject to what happens with good ol’ Mother Nature.

Tuesday, July 12th: Good afternoon residents of Delgany! We hope this message finds you well. It sure sounds like the storms that rolled through last week have wreaked havoc on some of the shutters, and we are in the midst of assessing those and proceeding accordingly.

With that being said, as they say in show business, “the show must go on” so the work continues in earnest onsite and as of Tuesday morning, the fellas had completed the shutters on 14 buildings and are at the top of the Vagabond Lane making their way across 98th Ave N towards Urbandale.

THE BEST PAINTERS IN THE BUSINESS ARE “UP ON THE ROOF” AT DELGANY PAINTING SHUTTERS TO THEIR HEART’S CONTENT.

HECTOR AND MINOR TAPE THE EDGES AROUND THE SHUTTERS TO ENSURE TIGHT, CRISP LINES. THE ONLY THING TIGHTER THAN OUR CUT LINES IS MINOR’S HAT. MOVE OVER, PHARELL.

Tuesday, July 2nd: Greetings residents of Delgany in Maple Grove! Perhaps you’ve found your way to our humble little blog by way of notices (all 193) posted throughout your property! If that is the case, welcome!

We hope everybody is gearing up for a terrific and safe holiday weekend as we celebrate our great nation’s 240th birthday!

WHAT BETTER WAY TO CELEBRATE OUR 240TH BIRTHDAY THEN TO GET THINGS STARTED OUT @ DELGANY?!

Before we get started on Tuesday, we also want to take a moment to thank the Delgany board, Nikki, and Trevor for all of their efforts in facilitating the process. Everyone asked all the right questions and we are excited to get things looking really sharp!

After the crews get some very well deserved R and R over the weekend, we will be onsite with bells on to get your painting project underway starting on Tuesday, July 5th!

The majority of the project will consist of painting your shutters and louvers and this aspect of the project will be minimally disruptive to you. As we near the end of the project, we will be painting a few select doors and we will need to coordinate directly with those homeowners to schedule a time that works best to have your doors painted.

Other than that, we are excited to get things underway. See you on Tuesday!
