Hope you are all having a good week!

Friday, June 12th:

We are back onsite for door appointments today. We will return on Monday for a few that had to be rescheduled due to the rain we received yesterday. We should also be moving through on the building work and will have an update for you later today.

Thursday, June 11th:

Hello all – we are onsite today taking care of a few door appointments. If you haven’t scheduled them yet there is still an opportunity to get them scheduled. If we have heavier rain today we may need to leave the job site but we are hoping we can continue with the door appointments.

Wednesday, June 10th:

Hello all – we will be onsite tomorrow for the first round of door appointments. Please note that not all front doors are being painted and only residents who received a notice should schedule an appointment.

Tuesday, June 9th:

Please be advised that our crews will begin painting front doors in the community starting on: THURSDAY, JUNE 11TH

The painting of your front door will require participation from each homeowner to paint the door in the open position.

Community members will have two options to get their door painted. The first option is to allow a crew member (they will be knocking on doors for duration of project during business hours) to complete this task while you are home if you are available and it is convenient for your schedule. The second and most convenient method for completing this painting task is to select a date & time at the website below that works within your schedule.

Monday, June 8th:

Good morning all – we will be onsite today. Door appointments will likely be starting this week. Watch for more information on the blog and posted on your front door soon / shared by your association. Thank you!

Friday, June 5th:

Happy Friday all – we will continue to be in the neighborhood working through the weekend on Saturday. If we do get rain we may delay the exterior work until the conditions are dry enough to continue! Thanks so much!

Tuesday, June 2nd:

Good afternoon residents of Oak Woode Ponds!

Hope you’re enjoying the beautiful summer sun.

All the pressure washing was completed and our crews are now painting buildings 26 & 27.

Wednesday, May 27th:

Hello all – we began pressure washing yesterday and will continue to work through the buildings. We will also be onsite walking the project with the association manager to confirm areas that may be excluded from painting.

Here are some photos from the start of pressure washing yesterday.

Monday, May 18th:

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in anticipation of the upcoming painting project in the association. The pressure washing tasks are scheduled to begin on decking on the first building of our proposed sequence on:

TUESDAY, MAY 26TH

We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home and items off of your decks to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

After decking surfaces have been washed, the wood will need time to dry and during that time we will begin painting select trim that will be hand cleaned (i.e., front door frames, shutters, garage doors, etc.) on Friday, May 29th in our proposed sequence found on this blog.

We anticipate that the entire project (deck painting and trim painting) will be completed within 4 – 6 weeks; however, your unit/building will be completed much sooner. Please be aware that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association as soon as possible to begin deck preparation and painting on the first building in our proposed sequence on:

MONDAY, JUNE 1ST

We realize that this project may disrupt your daily routine, and we will do our best to complete it as quickly as possible so that everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer. To view the most recent information, projected washing / staining schedule, and other weather-related delays / impacts, please check back here on your project blog.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to the contacts below.  Email is the preferred form of communication.

We are looking forward to getting started and working with and for you again this summer!
