Tuesday, Cotober 25th: Greetings residents of Centennial Lakes! We hope you had a great weekend. We are happy to say that your project is complete. Thank you all so much for giving us the privilege to work with and for you; it’s been a pleasure. We hope you enjoy your newly painted railings and hope you have a great rest of the year!
Friday, October 21st: Happy Friday folks! The weekend is right around the corner and it looks like a good one! It’s Golden Gopher Homecoming and they’ll play Rutgers on Saturday at 11am. There’s also the parade on campus tonight if anyone is in need of some plans, Ski-U-Mah!
We’re working on the last grouping of railings and should finish the project by the end of the day. Have a great weekend!

Thursday, October 20th: It’s Thursday and the weekend is in sight and it looks as though the weather will be warming up a bit for us! The crew is working on the 7420 Building today.

Monday, October 17th: And they’re off… Your painting project is underway with prep work and painting of the railings.
Thursday, October 13th: Greetings residents of Centennial Lakes in Edina. We welcome you to our progress blog. Here you will find progress updates, pictures, and any other pertinent information to your project.
We’ll be getting underway next week Monday, 10/17. There are specified deck railings that will be painted and they are listed below for your reference. We ask that homeowners in these areas move belongings away from railings so the crew is able to easily access the railings for painting. We anticipate the project will take about a week to complete, weather permitting of course. We’re never sure what Mother Nature will throw at us this time of year. Stay tuned for further updates and we’re excited to be onsite with you next week!
