Monday, May 5th – INSPECTION PERFORMED

Greetings and welcome to the official blog for the deck staining project @ Lakeview in Woodbury. We are glad you found us!

Tuesday, May 5th: Our job supervisor Jesse was onsite yesterday and did a thorough inspection on the decks and we are deeming the project completed. Of course, we don’t deem any project complete until our clients say the same, so we are certainly receptive to your feedback. Feel free to call Isaac with any questions and/or concerns (or compliments on a job well done for that matter!)

Thanks for having us!

Saturday, May 2nd: We can only assume that with the incredible weather we are having on this first Saturday in May all the residents at Lakeview are as elated as we are. After weather halted our progress yesterday, we are back onsite today hoping to approach completion of the decks. While we aren’t certain we will finish today, if we don’t, as long as the weather cooperates we should wrap things up on Monday. Thank you to everybody for their cooperation and especially all the folks that have dilligently removed items from their deck to allow the guys easy access.

Have a great day everybody…we leave you with this:

Good Day, Sunshine!

Friday, May 1st: May Day, May Day, May Day! With a wall of green headed towards the Twin Cities, we are monitoring the weather to see if it dodges us. Stay tuned right here on the blog as to whether or not the crew will be headed your way to resume staining today!

Thursday, April 30th: After sunny skies and great weather all week, the decks at Lakeview are ready to get stained! Thanks again to all the residents for their cooperation in clearing off their decks. If the weather cooperates, the decks should take about 2 days to complete, and we’ll be on our merry way….though, it does like there might be rain in the forecast, so we’ll just have to play it by ear. As always, you can check for any weather impact right here on the blog, or you can certainly call either Jesse or Isaac to get the latest update. As we get the staining underway, please reference the below aerial map for the project plan.

We are starting at Tahoe Circle, making our way towards Courtly Road.

Santiago sands one of the top handrails on Thursday morning to render a smooth, splinter free finish.

Monday, April 27th:  Chances are you’ve found your way to the blog as the result of seeing blue notices posted throughout the property notifying you of our arrival today to pressure wash. We want to thank all the residents in advance for clearing their decks. With temperatures expected to be in the 70’s all week, we are hopeful that after we pressure wash today, we can be staining as early as this coming Thursday.

Stay tuned right here for those details, as it will require your ongoing cooperation. The great news is with the decks getting finished right away this spring, residents of Lakeview will have all summer long to host countless Garden Parties!!!!

Thursday, April 23rd:  We are excited to report that the deck staining project will be getting underway next week at Lakeview. Of course, the critical first step of pressure washing to remove dirt and debris will precede staining, then after the decks have had time to dry, we will begin the staining process. We anticipate the project will take approximately 1 week (weather permitting) and you can follow the progress right here on the blog.
