The crew has completed the necessary touch ups which means your project is officially complete! Thank you again for the opportunity to work for and with you this summer.

Wednesday, June 14th: Greetings!

We come to you with great news… The crew has completed your project! A project manager will return to mark areas where touch ups are needed. The crew will then come back to complete those touch ups and your project will be officially finished!

Monday, June 12th: Good morning!

The crew is back onsite and the beautification process for Building 7 begins! The crew will be working on Building 7 prepping and painting today.

Thursday, June 8th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to make great progress on your project. Today they are back and getting started on the prep work for Building 5.

Before the magic of colors takes over, our painters are focused on getting the prep work done right!

Tuesday, June 6th: Good morning!

Our crew is back onsite today working on pressure washing Buildings 5, 6, and 7. Once the buildings have dried fully we will be bale to return onsite to prep and paint the buildings. They are also continuing to work on painting Building 4.

Thursday, June 1st: Good afternoon!

Today our crew is onsite working on Building 2. Building 1 has been prepped and painted and Building 3 is soon to follow. Make sure to follow along here for more updates.

Tuesday, May 30th: Good morning!

We hope everyone had a great weekend! Due to the weather our crew will not be able to work on your project today. We are hoping to get out there as soon as weather permits in order to get started on prepping and painting Building 1. Have a great day!

Friday, May 26th: Good afternoon residents of Villas at River’s Edge!

Our crew was onsite today pressure washing buildings 3, 4, and 5.

We will be back onsite on Tuesday, May 30th. In the meantime we hope you have a great Memorial Day weekend!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are excited to be back onsite this year!

Our crew will be kicking off on Monday, 5/23 with pressure washing the 1st and 2nd Buildings only.

We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

After the surfaces have had time to dry the crew will return to begin prep and painting on Building 1. We are projecting this to begin on Thursday, 5/30, weather pending.

We are projecting that this project will take 3-4 weeks to complete. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
