We had a few questions over the weekend regarding scope. Provided above are 2 maps. One with the blue buildings highlights designates the units with decking components we are completing. It also designates the route the crew will follow to complete trim painting – Buildings are labeled 1 – 18. The 2nd map designates various trim components — Green – wood windows, Blue – wood front door frames, Pink – Garage doors, and Black – Wood patio doors.
We’re looking forward to getting started tomorrow. Thanks!
Friday, August 20th: Hello and welcome to your project blog!
We are excited to be back in your community and refreshing select areas. This year’s project includes the prep and painting of select exterior surfaces.
We’ll begin with pressure washing and finishing front elevation privacy fencing, front elevation a/c surrounds, and the front elevation trash enclosures. We will also be completing carpentry repairs to select areas.
The crew will kick off with pressure washing on Monday, 8/23. For the washing we kindly ask that you remove all small personal items from the outside of your home to allow for safe an unobstructed access for washing. Items can be returned after they washing is complete.
After surfaces have been washed (this will take 5-7 days to wash all 18 Buildings) the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces starting at Building #1. The crew will follow the route above for pressure washing and prepping/painting.
We’ll be onsite for about 3-5 weeks, weather pending but the painting at your specific building will take much less time. Overall, the project will have minimal impact on your daily routine.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We’re looking forward to getting started next week!
