We are going to press pause on painting today with all of the rain. We’re hopeful substrates can dry out and we’ll be back for full or partial day tomorrow – likely getting going on prep work.

We are off an running… well the pressure washers are : )
The crews will be washing the included buildings and decking today.
We’ll begin next week with Phase 1 – including Buildings 366/376 & 393/403. We are planning to get started on both buildings with prep on Monday, 5/20. Scheduling will be weather dependent and you can find updates here on your project blog.

We are thrilled to be back onsite this summer to complete several more buildings. It is always nice to be back at a familiar property!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to sprucing up your exteriors.
Our crews are scheduled to begin pressure washing your buildings and decks on Wednesday, May 15th. We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once washing is complete, you may return your personal items to the outside of your home.
Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. We are projecting the painting work to begin at the first building on Monday, May 20th.
This project will take about 4-6 days to complete each home. In order to access the most current updates, check back here frequently to view any posted weather delays or other scheduling updates.
