Thursday, August 26th: Hello and welcome to your project blog!
For your project we’ll be pressure washing and painting the privacy fencing.
The start date for the crew to kick off with pressure washing and painting is yet to be determined. For the washing and painting we kindly ask that you remove or tie back any greenery and/or decor from your fences to allow for safe an unobstructed access for washing and painting.
After surfaces have been washed the crew will return to begin prepping and painting the fences. The crew will follow the route above for washing, and painting.
Overall, the project will have minimal impact on your daily routine.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We’re looking forward to getting started and working with you!

Portions of the top of my fence were not painted resulting in an unslightly view from my second floor window. I reported this earlier to Jim but this has not been corrected to date.

Hi Nancy – thank you for the note. I will make sure we get back to your unit/fencing to take care of any missed areas. I can also note to remove garage, often the crew is storing cans/garbage/supplies in a few designated spots to be fully cleaned towards the end of the project. I will make sure they can tidy that area soon. Thank you!
