Thursday, August 22nd: Greetings!
Today’s the start of the Great Minnesota Get Together and we can just smell the always delightful Sweet Martha’s! We’ve got 12 days to eat our hearts’ desire and explore the sights and scenes at the Fair! Take a look at our own Andrew Zimmern’s Food Fair Strategy:
The crew is finishing up the north stairwell today and will also be prepping and then painting the 4th floor hallway. They are anticipating to wrap up tomorrow and then be completing final touch ups after that. Thanks!

Wednesday, August 21st: Greetings!
The crew is cruising along at Clifton – the garage lobby and north stairwell are just about complete and they’ll then begin prepping and painting on the 4th floor.

Tuesday, August 20th: Good afternoon!
The rain is no obstacle for our interior projects and our crew is continuing their prepping, priming, and painting in the garage lobby and North stairwell. They’ll then move on to the 4th floor hallway.

It’s going to be a beautiful week!
The crew is onsite and starting their prep and painting of select areas – first in the garage lobby, then the stairwell, and finally the 4th floor. Thanks!

Thursday, August 15th: Good afternoon and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at 301 Clifton in Minneapolis. We’re looking forward to being onsite and completing your summer project!
We’ll be getting started on Monday, August 19th with prepping and painting select walls in the following common areas – garage lobby, north stairway, and the 4th floor residence hallway. The crew will begin in the garage lobby and we anticipate the project to take 7-10 working days to complete the entire scope of work ending with the 4th floor hallway.
You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, photos photos, and alert you of any delays should they come up.
