The crew is working at Building 3840 and continues to prep, replace and paint select decking areas.

The crew is continuing to prep, repair and paint the select porches at Settlers Glen. They’ve made their way to 3660, 3670, and 3700 . They will continue to complete areas along the route.

Welcome to your project blog for the screen porch project this summer!

We’ll be onsite completing carpentry and painting on the designated screen porches.

This is a large project that in entirety will take about 3-5 weeks to complete, however your individual porch will take less time.

Overall, this project will have minimal impact on your daily routine. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
