Wednesday, June 24th: Greetings!

We’ll be getting started tomorrow with pressure washing. To note we will not be pressure washing the select inside porches we will be completing as to not spray debris into your screens. These interior porches will be completed as the last phase of the project. Thanks!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We’ll be getting started with pressure washing mid week at Reisling Park. We kindly ask you to remove all item from your deck to allow for unobstructed access during pressure washing. Along with pressure washing your decks, we’ll be finishing your deck skirts, support posts, and railings.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates on the crew’s progress, share photos, and alert you of any weather delays should they come up.  Thanks!

I’m at 11832 with a screened in deck. Are you guys scheduling time with me to come in and do my floor?

    • Dana

      Hi Kim,
We’re waiting to see what the plan is for completing the interior porches. Will let you know as we find out. Thanks! Dana

Hi Kim, it sounds like we are not completing the washing of the interior decks. There isn’t a great way to do them at this time without getting the debris on your screen. Thanks!

      • Kim

Ok. Sorry for the duplicate question. The question was disappearing after I posted it.

        • Dana

          It’s no problem! Dana

I’m at 11832 Woodbine with a screened in deck. Is someone coordinating the time with me to clean my floor? I just want to plan for it as I’ll need to be available to let someone in.

I am at 11772 woodbine. I Have a board on my deck that needs be tacked down on one end. It is right next to the door. I am wondering if that be done my one of the crew. By the way my deck looks great. Can’t believe how well that power washer works.
