Thursday, July 2nd:

Hello all – we are onsite and will plan to be working on Friday and Saturday this week! We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable 4th of July holiday!

Wednesday, July 1st:

Hi all – we are rain delayed today and won’t be onsite. Thanks for your patience!

Tuesday, June 30th:

Hello all we are working on painting shutters today! Hopefully, we get a little break from the rain for the rest of the week!

Friday, June 26th:

Happy Friday to all! We are continuing to move through and stain decking; we will be working on Saturdays to get as much time back from all of the recent rain delays.

Wednesday, June 24th:

Hello all – we are onsite today and we will be focused on painting and not staining to allow for wood to dry out properly after yesterday’s rainstorm.

The rest of the week looks drier than the last few so hopefully we can make some good progress! Thanks for all of your patience as we contend with Mother Nature!

Monday, June 22nd:

Hello all – are onsite today and the weather is cooperating as we kick off the week. We should be able to get you an update on what building we are on this week and the plan for the next few days.

Thanks!

Friday, June 19th:

We are doing our best to work amidst the rain in the forecast but we may have to leave if the rain starts today.

Wednesday, June 17th:

Hi all – we were onsite earlier this week – however, we are rain delayed today.

Friday, June 12th:

Hello – we are onsite today beginning prep on the project. We are waiting for the decking to dry from the previous days rain and will likely not start staining until later today or on Saturday, assuming the right weather conditions.

Have a great weekend!

Thursday, June 11th:

Good morning all – we won’t be onsite today due to the rain that is in the forecast. We are planning to return tomorrow, assuming the weather cooperates! Thanks for your patience.

Wednesday, June 10th:

Hello all – we were onsite today but had to skip a unit for pressure washing due to water not being turned on for use. We will be back tomorrow, weather permitting!

Monday, June 8th:

Good morning all – we are onsite today and pressure washing the deck areas. Please see the welcome video below:

Thursday, June 4th:

Hello all – thank you for having us onsite this spring / summer! Please see the information below and watch the blog for a welcome video coming soon!

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in anticipation of the upcoming painting project in the association. The pressure washing tasks are scheduled to begin on decking in the first building of our proposed sequence on:

MONDAY, JUNE 8TH

We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home and items off of your decks to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

After decking surfaces have been washed, the wood will need time to dry and during that time we will begin painting select trim that will be hand cleaned (i.e., front door frames, shutters, garage frames, etc.) on Wednesday, June 10th in our proposed sequence found on this blog.

We anticipate that the entire project (deck painting and trim painting) will be completed within 4 – 6 weeks; however, your unit/building will be completed much sooner. Please be aware that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association as soon as possible to begin deck preparation and painting on the first building in our proposed sequence on:

THURSDAY, JUNE 11TH

We realize that this project may disrupt your daily routine, and we will do our best to complete it as quickly as possible so that everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions. E-mail is the preferred form of communication.
