Monday, August 26th: Good morning!

We hope everyone had a great weekend! The crew has completed all of the touch ups, which means your project is officially finished. It has been a pleasure working with and for you this summer!

Monday, August 12: Greetings!

The crew has completed all of the buildings. Your production manger, Angel, will be out to do a final walk through and mark areas in need of touch ups. If you see blue tape please do not remove it as this indicates to the crew what areas need to be touched up.

Thursday, August 8th: Good afternoon!

The crew began prep work on the 2nd building on Tuesday, 8/6. Today they are continuing to work diligently on this building.

Monday, August 5th: Good morning!

We’re off to a rainy start to the week. The crew will not be onsite today and will plan to be back to begin prep on the 8680 / 8670 Building tomorrow. Thank you all for your cooperation while we prepped and painted the first building. Once both are complete, we will be completed final walk throughs to take care of any missed areas, clean up, etc.

Thursday, July 25th: Good morning!

We are off and running and getting the pressure washing completed today. We’ll return next week, Monday 7/29 to begin prep / painting on the 8690/8700 Building first and then move to the 8680/8670.

Monday, July 22nd: Greetings Residents of Heritage Isles at Lakeside!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming exterior painting project. We are excited to be working together this year!

Our crew will be pressure washing, and prepping & painting select exterior surfaces of two buildings for the scope of this project – 8700/8690 & 8680/8670 Riley Curve Rd.

The pressure washing will begin on Thursday, 7/25 and we will wash both buildings. Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping & painting process on the first building – 8700/8690. We are projecting that prep & painting will begin on Monday, 7/29. We are projecting that each building will take approximately 8-10 days to complete. Please be mindful that weather may alter this finishing schedule.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine so we will do our best to complete the project promptly to be sure everyone can return to their daily routine as soon as possible. The best way to obtain a project status update will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
