Project Complete

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Echo Bay in Excelsior. We are looking forward to being onsite with you!

Thursday, June 10th: Greetings!

The crew has finished the touch-ups and the project is officially complete. It was our pleasure being onsite. We hope you are enjoying the newly painted exteriors and have a great rest of your summer!

Friday, June 4th: Good afternoon!

The crew is done with the trim and has pretty much wrapped up the project. They are onsite today doing some minor touch-ups here and there. They will return on Monday as well to finish the touch-ups.

Wednesday, June 2nd: Good morning!

The crew is almost finished with the trim. They just need to finish some doors and the bottom part of the deck.

Tuesday, June 1st: Greetings and Happy June!

We hope you had a great memorial weekend! The crew is back onsite and is working on the trim today.

Thursday, May 27th: Greetings!

The crew will not be onsite today but we are hoping to return tomorrow as long as the weather cooperates.

Wednesday, May 26th: Good morning!

The crew will be working on finishing up the trim on the 70/80 Building today. As well as painting the siding on the 90/100 Building.

Monday, May 24th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite today and is working on the trim on the 70/80 Building. They will start prep and painting on the 90/100 Building tomorrow.

Ladder is up and the crew is working on the trim.

Thursday, May 20th: Greetings!

Unfortunately, due to the rain again today the crew will not be onsite.

Wednesday, May 19th: Good morning!

Due to the rain the crew will not be onsite today. They will hopefully return tomorrow to continue working, weather permitting.

Tuesday, May 18th: Greetings!

The crew is prepping and painting at the 70/80 Building today. They plan to start at the 90/100 Building on Thursday.

The crew will be kicking off the prep and painting tomorrow at Echo Bay. We apologize for any confusion in our start dates as the crew had another project wrapping up ahead of starting in Excelsior.

The crew will be kicking off the prep/painting at the 70-8- Building later this week – either Thursday or Friday. We’ll confirm the start date tomorrow. Thank you!

Monday, May 3rd: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and the pressure washer is ready to roll! The crew has started to wash the buildings set for painting this year. They’ll be working through tomorrow to complete the washing.

Wednesday, April 28th: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting at Echo Bay in Excelsior. We are looking forward to refreshing the exterior of your buildings. For this summer’s project we’ll be painting two buildings, 70-80 Echo Bay Drive & 90-100 Echo Bay Drive.

We have a crew that will be kicking off on Monday, 5/3 with pressure washing, which will likely take the crew through Tuesday, 5/4 to complete.

We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from the exterior of your home and from the deck for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.

After the surfaces have had time to dry (about 5-7 days) the crew will return to begin their prep and painting on Building 1. We are projecting this prep/painting to begin on either Friday, May 7th or Monday, May 10th.

We are projecting each building to take about 5-7 working days to complete. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
