Greetings and welcome to the official blog for the gutter project @ Cahill of Edina! We are thrilled to be back onsite with you!
Tuesday, February 21st: With the rain yesterday, your gutters have now been appropriately broken in. Thank you again for your cooperation as we completed your gutter replacement project. It has been our pleasure working with and for you. We hope you have a great rest of winter and an early spring. Though today is going to be 60 degrees, we are back to the mid-30s come Friday. We can at least hope for the best, can’t we?!
Monday, February 13th: Just as we alluded to as the project was getting underway, “you never know with Mother Nature!” Well, nothing is ringing more true than the unseasonably warm weather we are having and the guys are taking full advantage! At high noon, the thermostat read a blistering (well, for February!) 43 degrees, and by the weekend, 57 degrees. No, that is not a misprint!
We’re anticipating steady progress to continue throughout the week. Thanks for all of your cooperation.
Even though Punxsutawney Phil and Craig’s ladder cast shadows, the thermometers certainly indicate that an early spring is coming!
Tuesday, February 7th: Good afternoon residents at Cahill of Edina. We are excited to be back onsite this year completing work on your gutters. Our crew will be installing gutters to the rear side of selected homes. They’ll begin at the 7400 Building at the north end of the property and make their way counter-clockwise through the association and end at the 7476 Building. We’re anticipating the project to take about 2 weeks to complete, that is if there are no major snowstorms… you never know with Mother Nature.
