Building 10511 – Greenbrier HOA, Minnetonka

Project Complete

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for this year’s painting project at Greenbrier HOA in Minnetonka. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

Tuesday, November 30th: Good afternoon!

I hope everyone had a fantastic thanksgiving! We are back at it and working on the 5th floor and common area lobby today.

The common area doors / frames were officially approved to be painted yesterday so we will begin painting those this week to create an all over updated / uniform aesthetic! This does NOT include your unit doors/frames. Please be careful exiting / entering elevators and laundry rooms this week while the crew is painting those please.

All prepped on the 3rd floor!

Monday, November 22nd: Happy Monday!

Good afternoon, I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! We started work on the 3rd floor today and will begin the 4th floor tomorrow! The crew will paint ceilings and millwork first and move onto walls second.

Residents on the 3rd and 4th floor… please ensure your doorway is clear of all items so the crew can get everything properly covered and the alcoves are ready to be painted.

The crew is wrapping up on the second floor! They have completed the 2nd floor hallways (with the exception of touch ups) and are now moving on to the main lobby & entry vestibule.

Please be cautious making your way through the main lobby the next couple of days as the crew will be utilizing a lift in this area.

We appreciate the cooperation from residents as we work our way through the project. Stay tuned for updates and a start date for the 5th floor.

Monday, November 16th: Good afternoon!

We are excited to get started on the interior painting project tomorrow morning. The crew will be starting on the entryway / 2nd floor and working their way up to the 5th floor.

We’ll be prepping and painting common area ceilings & walls and we kindly ask that you are mindful of the areas we are prepping and painting in for any wet paint.

We are anticipating the project to take about 3-4 weeks to complete all areas and we will share updates here frequently so you can follow along on the project progress and know which areas we are currently working on and which areas we anticipate to move on to next.

Please post any comments or questions below or feel free to give us a call.

Thanks and we look forward to being on site tomorrow!

Thursday, October 4th: Good morning and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming interior painting project at the 10511 Building.

We are thrilled to be back onsite and working to refresh select areas of the entry vestibule, entry lobby, elevator lobbies and 2nd – 5th floors including corridor walls, accent alcoves, accent picture frame walls & trim, elevator lobby walls, laundry room accent walls, ceilings, railing skirts, entry chair rail, baseboards, crown molding, residence alcove light borders, and heat registers in entry lobby.

We’ll be completing the project in sections, divided by floors and entry areas.

Please stay tuned for further details as to where the crew will begin. It will be important to be cautious in the common areas for wet paint and our prep work – tape, paper, and plastic coverings.

Thank you again for entrusting us with your major interior painting project. We’re looking forward to working with and for you!
