Friday, July 31st: Good morning!
It’s another beautiful day AND a Friday!
The crew is back onsite to finish up the remaining areas to be pressure washed. They’ll return on Monday, 8/3 to start their prep and painting at the Northwest corner of the Building. They are planning to get through about 4 of your deck stacks each day. Thank you!
Thursday, July 30th: Good afternoon!
We are off and running at Greenbrier with pressure washing of your building. We are starting in the corner by the tennis courts working our way counterclockwise around the building. As we are washing, we’ll also be scraping the deck undersides — we will be picking up this debris as we go : )
We’ll take about 2 days to complete the washing and will begin the prep/painting on Monday. The crew is projecting to complete about 4 deck stacks per day. We’ll update the blog with their progress as they get started next week. Thanks!
Tuesday, July 28th: Greetings!
We’ll be kicking off your project on Thursday with pressure washing. We will be washing the siding and also your open-air patios/decks. The Board has requested that we not pressure wash the ceiling areas – we will be hand cleaning these areas as well as the screened in porch areas instead of pressure washing them.
In total we are anticipating the project to take about 3- 4 weeks to complete. You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog!
We’re looking forward to getting started on Thursday!
