Thursday, July 30th: Good afternoon!

We are off and running at Greenbrier with pressure washing of your building. We are starting in the corner by the tennis courts working our way counterclockwise around the building. As we are washing, we’ll also be scraping the deck undersides — we will be picking up this debris as we go : )

We’ll take about 2 days to complete the washing and will begin the prep/painting on Monday. The crew is projecting to complete about 4 deck stacks per day. We’ll update the blog with their progress as they get started next week. Thanks!

Tuesday, July 28th: Greetings!

We’ll be kicking off your project on Thursday with pressure washing. We will be washing the siding and also your open-air patios/decks. The Board has requested that we not pressure wash the ceiling areas – we will be hand cleaning these areas as well as the screened in porch areas instead of pressure washing them.

In total we are anticipating the project to take about 3- 4 weeks to complete. You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog!

We’re looking forward to getting started on Thursday!

Thursday, July 23rd: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Greenbrier HOA. We’ll be kicking off your project starting on Thursday, July 30th with pressure washing.

Once the washing is complete we’ll begin our prep and finishing of the stucco siding at the entries/ends, deck stack areas including divider walls, skirts, end walls, deck support posts and undersides, entry soffits, front door frames, and inside screen porches.

We’ll be working counter clockwise around the building starting in the SE corner and working our way to the NW corner.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates regarding the progress, share project photos, and alert you of any weather delays.

Thanks so much and we’re looking forward to getting started next week!
