Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at West Ridge in Plymouth. We’re looking forward to working with and for you this year!

West Ridge – Route Map

Friday, November 22nd: Hello and TGIF!

The crew has wrapped painting in the 7 buildings. They’ll return on Monday, 11/25 to complete their touch up painting. So please be mindful of any blue tape — those are to mark areas for touch ups. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Thursday, November 21st: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint the common area hallways in Building 6 and 7. We are on track to be wrapping up today as well. Thanks!

Wednesday, November 20th: Good morning!

The crew is finishing up in Building 5 and also beginning their prep in Building 6. They’ll be fully wrapped up tomorrow; thank you so much for having us at West Ridge. It has been our pleasure sprucing up your hallways and common areas.

Monday, November 18th: Good afternoon!

The Vikings pulled off a nail-biter of a game yesterday by winning in the final seconds against the LA Rams. The Golden Gophers didn’t have as much success — the Iowa Hawkeyes get to keep Floyd the Pig for another year. The Gophs fall to 9-1.

We’ve got our crew prepping and painting in Building #5 today.

Osmin is rolling on the wall paint.

Rony paints around the door frame.

Friday, November 15th: Hello and TGIF!

The crew is starting at Building 3 today and will move to Building 4 as well. We’re looking to be in good shape to wrap up mid week. Also, as we near the middle to end of the project, we’ll be going through to mark touch ups with blue tape. Please leave this up as they indicate to the crew areas needing some attention. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Osmin preps and tapes off the walls.

Rony paints in the hallway of Building 3.

Thursday, November 14th: Greetings!

We’ve moved onto Building #2 – different building, but same process to prep and tape then paint the walls.

Wednesday, November 13th: Good afternoon!

We’ve kicked off your project in the 1st Building. They are completing wall prep, patching and skim coating before they begin painting. We’ll be moving on Building 2 tomorrow mid day as well. Thanks!

Wednesday, November 6th: Hello and welcome to your project blog!

For your winter painting project we’ll be prepping and painting in your common areas in 7 of the 8 buildings and also the hallway leading to your parking garage. This will involve wallpaper removal in pertaining areas as well. We anticipate the crew to take about a day and a half to complete the prep and painting in each building.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll provide frequent updates and post a few photos as well.

Thank you again for the opportunity and we look forward to sprucing up your common areas. We’ll see you next Wednesday!
