Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Calibre Ridge Townhomes. We are thrilled to be onsite this summer!


Wednesday, July 20th: Good morning!

The crew has essentially wrapped things up with your project. Now what’s next is for your project supervisor, Jason, to come out to complete a walk through and mark areas in need of touchups with blue tape. We ask that you please leave the blue tape on the areas marked as it indicates to our crew where they need to complete touchups.

Monday, July 18th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite and they are continuing to work diligently on your project. They have completed painting the front doors this morning.

The crew is continuing to make great progress on the project with the doors now completed.

Your doors are newly refreshed and the results turned out great!

Thursday, July 14th: Good Morning!

Our crews have been working hard, and as you may have noticed they have completed painting the main body color! Today they have begun painting the trim and accent fascia, and doors will be painted next Monday and Tuesday. Stay tuned for more updates, as things progress!

The crew is onsite and your project is officially underway! They have started pressure washing and will complete that by either the end of the day or return tomorrow to finish the back elevation. The crew will return on Monday, July 11th to begin the prep work.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to sprucing up your exteriors!

Once the project start date is scheduled our crews will begin by pressure washing. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access for pressure washing. 

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to start prepping & painting. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
