Tuesday, May 26th: Greetings!

The crew will not be onsite today with the overnight rain and the outlook for the remained of the day. We’ll keep you updated on their return. Thanks!

Friday, May 22nd: Good afternoon and happy Friday!

Thanks to those who gave their lives in service to our country and those who continue to serve.

The crews are prepping and painting the railings at Lewis Ridge today. They have primed sections of an interior porch trim, but will return next week to finish the top coat as the oil primer will need time to dry properly. Thanks!

Thursday, May 21st: Greetings!

We’ve moved onto the 4th Building (7220-7226). There are areas of wood needing repairs that will be need to be painted once that happens. We are also prepping and painting select interior porch trim.  We are projecting to wrap up and the end of tomorrow and there will be blue taped marked on the buildings as well tomorrow. Please leave the tape so we can take care of the areas needing touch ups. Thank you!

The crew got started onsite yesterday with their prep and painting at Building #1. They will be finishing up #1 around mid day and then that crew will start on #3. We have painters at Building #2 as well.

As the crew is progressing, with continued dry weather we are anticipating the crew to wrap up early next week.

Wednesday, May 13th: Good morning!

The pressure washing crew is off and running at Lewis Ridge and starting to pressure wash all of the included wood surfaces. We will be hand cleaning your screen frames as the pressure washing would be too much force to clean those surfaces.

We’ll return in a few days once the areas have dried completely to begin at Building #1 with the prep and painting of your wood trim and metal railings. There are 7  exterior screen porches we will be finishing as well.

Stay tuned for more updates here on the blog!

Thursday, May 7th: Greetings!

Welcome to your project blog for this year’s painting project at Lewis Ridge HOA in Edina. For your project we’ll be finishing of select trim on 15 units (4 Buildings) including your exterior wood trim, the entry metal fences, and the exterior of the screen porches.

We will tentatively get started the week of May 11th with select carpentry repairs and then beginning pressure washing on Wednesday, May 13th.

We’ll soon post a route map and projected finishing schedule – including pressure washing start dates and also prep and painting start dates.

You can continue to follow the project progress here as we’ll post frequent updates, share progress photos, and have some fun!

Thank you so much for having us and we are looking forward to getting started next week!
