Friday, August 28th: Happy Friday residents of Colby Lake!

We are so close to the finish line. We have one more building to finish before we schedule an internal walk through. 

Monday, August 24th: Happy Monday residents of Colby Lake First!

We pressure washed last Wednesday and are onsite today to begin painting deck railings & support posts.

We ask that you please move your personal belongings away from the railings to give our painters plenty of room to access all areas that need to be painted.
