Mission Hills Villas – Chanhassen 

Greetings and welcome to the blog for your upcoming project at Mission Hills Villas in Chanhassen. We are thrilled to be onsite completing work for you this year! 

Tuesday, May 12th: Hello all – we are working in section two now but we can still take appointments for section one. A clarification for anyone that didn’t get notified in person from the crew that painting requires two coats: 

Because the door surround has two colors (Iron Ore and White), the painters need two visits:

• First visit at scheduled appointment time: Apply the first coat.
• Second visit (45 min-1.5 hrs later): Apply the second coat and clean up.

Please be available to open your door for the second visit. Closing it immediately after the first coat can damage the weatherstripping and paint.

Thursday, May 7th: Hello all – wanted to let you know that we have had a couple homeowners inquire about how many coats the front doors will have. The front doors will each receive two coats of paint – so the crew will apply one coat and let that set/dry and return to add the final coat during the appointment window. Thanks for your patience as we move through each of your residences!

Wednesday, May 6th: Hello all! We are moving through the association and are on Day 2 of our appointments in Section 1. We still have appointment availability for later in the week!

Tuesday, May 5th: Happy Tuesday! The appointments are beginning today and run from 9 am – 4 pm. Please note that the appointment time is a window and as we are moving through the association we will be doing our best to stick to a schedule.

Tuesday, April 28th: Greetings residents of Mission Hills Villas!

We are excited to be a part of your project. This project consists of painting all of the front doors in your association. We are anticipating starting to prep and paint of front doors on Tuesday, May 5th.

The included scope of work for our company will take about 10 – 14 working days to complete the painting of the front doors. This task will require participation from each resident to paint the front doors in the open position.

We will be starting SECTION 1 on Tuesday, May 5th and SECTION 2 on Tuesday, May 12th.  Please refer to the map above to know which section to sign to sign-up for.
