Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Greenbrier in Minnetonka. We are thrilled to be back onsite this summer.

Thursday, September 15th: Greetings!

Our crews are onsite and continue to work on the rear elevation. They’ve made great strides since our last update as you can see in the progress photos.

Utilizing the lift to get to those hard to reach places.

Preparation is key to a successful project!

Tuesday, September 13th: Good afternoon residents of Greenbrier 10501. We hope you are having a terrific week! It’s an absolutely pristine late summer day which means that despite some later start times with cooler mornings, working conditions are absolutely optimal. Arturo and company have begun work on the rear elevation of your building and we are expecting steady progress all week. There is a slight chance of rain later in the week but with lots of season left, even if that comes to fruition, we should be in pretty darn good shape to finish with plenty of time to spare.

While working in close proximity to satellite dishes carries some inherent risks, we anticipate the project will continue without incident this week at Greenbrier.

Tuesday, August 23rd: Greetings Residents of Greenbrier!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to sprucing up your exteriors.

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in the association on Tuesday, 8/30. We kindly request that homeowners please remove personal items off of their deck to allow for safe & unobstructed access for pressure washing. If you do not remove your contents, the crew will skip your unit and you may be subject to additional costs imposed by management / the association.

We anticipate the entire project will likely take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. However, your individual unit will take much less time. Please be mindful that weather will likely impact our finishing schedule as well. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & painting tasks as early as Friday, 9/2.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your deck and enjoy the remainder of the summer.
