Thursday, August 3rd: Good morning!

The crew is onsite and your project is officially underway! They will be working their way around to all of the appointments today and tomorrow to paint your front doors. If you have not signed up for an appointment yet please do that today.

Thursday, July 27th: Greetings Residents of Heritage Isles!

Welcome to the project blog for your upcoming front door painting project! We are excited to get started next week.

Our crew will be onsite attempting to paint your front door for the approved 2023 painting project. Our crew will be taking appointments on the following days: Thursday, 8/3 and Friday, 8/4 from 9am-4pm.

The finishing of the unit doors will require participation from each homeowner to paint the door in the open position. Crew members will be knocking on unit doors when there are not appointments scheduled and if you are available, please open your door to have us paint. If you are not available these days, we will have one final day TBD. Most doors & sidelights will require 2 coats, so the crew will return once 1st coat is dry to apply the 2nd coat. Please allow time to be home through your door painting. The time you sign up for reflects painting start time. Note, it may take more than 1 hour with dry times for painting to be complete.

Once the doors are painted, they will need to be left open for a minimum of 2.5 hours after completion. Roell Painting will not be responsible and/or will not perform touch ups for damages caused by closing doors too early.
