The crew is onsite and they are continuing to work diligently on your project. Today they are working on prepping Building 8.

Tuesday, July 26th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite and painting has become underway at Building 7.

First, we spray the paint onto your Building.

Next, we back roll the paint on in order to get in every crevice.

Up up and away! Power washing is underway.

Monday, July 18th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to work on Building 6. Today they will be painting the walls.

Painting is underway at Building 6.

Friday, July 15th: Good morning!

The crew began the prep work on Building 6 yesterday. Next week on Monday, 7/18 and Tuesday, 7/19 the crew will be pressure washing the remaining 3 buildings. We kindly request that homeowners please close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access. We also ask that items are moved 3 feet away from your deck railings.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and painting the included areas of your home. We are projecting that preparation & painting work will begin on Building 7 on Friday, 7/22.

Friday, July 8th: Greetings!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the surfaces still being wet from all of the rain last night. They will return on Monday to continue working on Building 5.

Wednesday, July 6th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite again today and they have started the prep work on Building 5. They are currently working on covering the surfaces that are not going to be painted.

Tuesday, July 5th: I hope you all enjoyed the long holiday weekend!

The crew is finishing up with painting Building 4 today, and will be getting started on Building 5 tomorrow, 7/6.

Friday, July 1st: Happy July!

The crew is continuing their diligent work on your project. Today they have made their way to Building 4 to work on caulking and painting.

Wednesday, June 22nd: Good afternoon!

The crew completed the pressure washing of Buildings 3 and 4 yesterday. Today they have returned to continue working on the prep and painting work for Building 1.

Monday, June 20th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite and has started the prep work on Building 1. They will also be starting the prep work on Building 2 today. Tomorrow the crew will return to pressure washing Buildings 3 and 4. If you are in these two buildings we kindly request that you close your windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

Friday, June 17th: Good morning!

The crew will return on Monday, June 20th to begin the prep and painting of Buildings 1 and 2. They will also be pressure washing Buildings 3 and 4 on Tuesday, June 21st. Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, June 15th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and the pressure washer is ready to roll! They have started pressure washing Buildings 1 and 2 today. The crew will return on Friday, 6/17 to begin the prep work on Building 1.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are excited to be back onsite this year!

Our crew will be kicking off on Wednesday, 6/15 with pressure washing the first two buildings. We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

Once the substrates have had enough time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included areas of your home (siding, soffits, misc. fascia, front support brackets, deck posts/skirts, wood deck railings/spindles, front door frames, garage doors/frames, and previously painted patio door frames).

We are projecting the painting work to begin at the first building on Friday, 6/17. This is a large project that will likely take about 5-7 weeks to complete all buildings in the 2022 scope of work. So please look at our projected schedule for when work is to be performed on your specific building.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
