Friday, October 21st: Happy Friday residents of Amhurst! We’ve made it to the weekend and also your project is complete. We want to thank you allowing us to work for you and stain your decks. Thank you for having us and we hope you have a great rest of the year!
Wednesday, October 19th: Hello Amhurst residents! We’re back onsite today finishing up staining the last three decks.

Monday, October 17th: Greetings residents of Amhurst! We hope you all had a great weekend and were able to enjoy the beautiful weather we had! The good news is that 13 decks are done and we are waiting on the final 3 decks, which were chemically stripped, to dry out completely before applying the stain. The crew will be back onsite Wednesday to finish these last few decks.
Thursday, October 13th: Hello Amhurst! With this much cooler weather today, we’ve decided to push back the start date to tomorrow, Friday 10/14 and will work through the weekend. So we please ask that you have all items removed from your decks starting tomorrow morning and through the weekend to ensure the crew has full access to your deck. Thank you all so much for your patience as we can’t predict what Mother Nature will throw at us. Have a great rest of the day and we’ll see you tomorrow!
Wednesday, October 12th: Good morning Amhurst! With the rain and damp weather we’re having we won’t be onsite today. We’re hopeful that the rain is done and the deckboards can dry out for us tomorrow. Thanks and have a great day!
Tuesday, October 11th: Greetings residents of Amhurst. Our crew completed the pressure washing and chemical stripping of decks last week. We want to thank the board for faciliating the selection of a new deck stain color and we are hoping to be out on Thursday 10/11 as rain is forecasted for tomorrow. Also, the amount of rain will dictate when we’ll be out because we’ll need the decks to be dry. We’ll be sure to keep you apprised of any updates and/or changes.
Thursday, October 6th: Good morning residents of Amhurst in Plymouth. The project is underway as the crew is making their way to each deck to pressure wash and then perform chemical stripping on the three specified decks. This process will remove the old stain to a sufficient amount and then allow the new stain to adhere properly. The crew is hopeful to complete the washing and stripping today. We’ll then allow several days for all of the substrates to dry completely and then we’ll be back to stain next week 10/11.

Tuesday, October 4th: You may have found your way to our blog by way of blue notices taped to your garage door frames, if so, welcome! This project will get underway Thursday 10/6 or Friday 10/7 with pressure washing and stripping of old substrates. We ask that you please remove all items from your deck during the washing and chemical stripping. Once the surfaces have had adequate time to dry, we’ll begin staining the decks. We’ll begin prepping and staining the decks next week Tuesday, 10/11. When we’re staining your deck, we’ll ask once again to remove items from your deck. As we near the staining dates, we’ll post a finishing/staining schedule so you’ll know exactly when we’ll be at your home.
