We are posting red notices on doors that have yet to be painted. Please schedule a time with the calendar tool above to be home, open your door, and have it painted. Those doors without appointments on Saturday will be painted in the closed position. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and participation to have your door painted while open.

The crew was onsite today and washing the remaining buildings – 9, 10, and 11. We’ll be posting notices regarding the FINAL door painting schedule shortly. Thank you!
Monday, July 20th: Good morning!
We are sending our sincerest apologies in the incorrect posting of the pressure washing schedule. The crew washed through Building 5 and then Building 11 on Saturday. Today they will wash 6, 7, and 8 and tomorrow they’ll complete 9 and 10.

The crew is anticipating more time to wash your buildings, we’ve revised the washing schedule above. They are taking on 1.5 Buildings/each day. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we make our way through your buildings. Thank you!

The crew is pressure washing Building 1-3 and painting the door frames today.
Monday, July 13th: Good afternoon!
We’ll be starting to pressure wash the exterior of your buildings starting on Wednesday, 7/15. We are anticipating to washing ~3 buildings each day and will continue through Saturday, 7/18.
We will also continue to paint the door frames at Pintail and paint more front doors on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Please schedule a time above. We are prioritizing appointments over knocking on doors. Thank you!
Friday, June 10th: Greetings!
It’s not a rain day! (Insert HAPPY DANCE) ????☀️
The crew has returned onsite to paint resident front doors as well as pick up where they left off for staining the decking. They are hopeful to be finished with the decks today as well. We’ll be completing touch ups next week too.

The door painting has been canceled for today and also the staining/painting.

This week is off to a wet start! It is too wet to paint today, but the rest of the week does look clear!

Thursday, July 2nd: Good morning!
The crew will resume their staining of decking today and tomorrow. We’ll be back onsite on Monday, 7/6 after the holiday weekend.

Wednesday, July 1st: Happy First of July!
New month and the crew has started to apply the stain to your decking. They are starting at Building 1 – shown above and will move counter clockwise around to all buildings.
We are also painting doors by appointment only – thank you to everyone who has signed up. We’ll be releasing more dates/times soon, likely for the end of next week. Thanks!
Tuesday, June 30th: Good morning!
The crew is back onsite and completing door painting today. They are also finishing up the pressure washing of the remaining decking.
With all of the rain, we are holding off on starting to stain because we want the decking to be completely dried out before we apply the stain. We are hoping that can can start staining tomorrow. Thanks!

We are off and running at Pintail Villas! The crew is starting to pressure wash the decking today. They will begin painting doors and frames starting tomorrow. And a reminder to sign up to have your door painted!

- We’re kicking things off tomorrow with pressure washing of the decking. This will likely roll into Friday as well.
- We’ll be starting to paint your front doors and front door frames starting on Friday. You can make a door appointment using the calendar tool above. We will be painting doors in the open position so painting will require participation from each homeowner. Thank you in advance for opening your doors to be painted.
- Staining will begin on Monday, 6/29 and we will follow the route posted above. Our hope to is get through all of the deck before the holiday weekend. Weather will be our biggest factor in getting them completed.
You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, share progress photos, and alert you of any weather delays should they come up. Thanks so much!

We’ll be getting started on Thursday and Friday with pressure washing of the included decking areas. We are then tentatively planning to begin on the front door frames and front doors on Friday. This will require some participation from homeowners as we will paint your door in the open position.
We ask that if you are home while we are painting at your Building to open the doors so we can paint it. We recommend that once the door is painted, to leave it open for at least two hours so it can dry completely.
Once we have finalized details for starting to stain your decking we’ll post our schedule and working route.
We’ll also be pressure washing all of your buildings as a part of this year’s project – details coming soon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting and staining project at Pintail Villas. For your project, we’ll be prepping and staining your residence decks – floors, railings/spindles, and support pillars. We will also be finishing your front doors and front door frames.
We’ll be getting started soon at Pintail Villas and will soon post a route map and tentative finishing schedule. This will allow you to know when to expect the crew at your deck.
