Friday, September 18th: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming decking project at Water’s Edge Manor. We are looking forward to being onsite with you!

Our will be getting started on Monday, 9/21 with pressure washing the included decking areas starting at the beginning of the route. We are anticipating to wash about 10-15 decks/day and will be finished with the washing by Friday, 9/25. We’ll be pressure washing in advance of the staining of deck skirts, posts, and wood deck floors.

Thank you in advance for removing the items from your decking for unobstructed access while washing and then staining. We are hopeful to start the staining at Building 1 on Thursday, 9/24, weather permitting starting again at the beginning of the route.  We know this project will impact your daily routine and we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone can enjoy the remained of the summer/fall and return contents to their decks as soon as they’re able.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, share photos, and let you know of delays should they come up.

Have a great weekend and we’ll see you on Monday!
