Wednesday, August 16th: Greetings residents of Chelsea Woods!
Handful of crews working very hard to get your homes looking great.
The rain we got last weekend did set us back a few days but we are back on track.
Group 2 is on the last 3 units of the section, completing 2 per day.
Group 4 is working on completing the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th building in the first section and their plan is to move to the 1st, 4th, and 5th buildings starting tomorrow.
Group 5 is diligently completing one unit each day and have 4 units to go in their section.
Group 6 is also working hard and making progress. This group is completing 2 per day and have 4 units left.
Group 7 was delayed but have begun the 1st unit today. We will keep you posted on the progress.
Group 8 will begin on Friday with the first building.
Thank you all for your collaboration and patience as we continue to tackle this project!
Tuesday, August 8th: Good morning!
Group 7 and 8 have begun the pressure washing process. This will most likely take multiple days to have the entire section washed so don’t worry if your unit does not get washed today. We will be back and get to all units.
We intend to begin the painting process next week after we have given enough time for units to dry.
Sections 4, 5, and 6 are out there today continuing prep and painting.
Thursday, August 3rd: Good morning!
We have a few different crews onsite today to get the pressure washing started for Groups 4, 5, and 6. They will be working their way around the routes posted for each group to get the pressure washing done.
You may have also noticed blue notices posted on your property if you are in Groups 7 and 8. These are to notify you the dates we will be coming to your group.
Tuesday, August 1st: Greetings!
Those of you in Groups 4, 5, and 6 may have noticed the blue pressure washing notices posted on your homes. We ask that you remove any small or fragile items from outside your property. Once the properties have had enough time to fully dry we will be onsite to start painting. As for right now, Group 1 is continuing to get its fresh coat.

Monday, June 19th: Greetings!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!
This summer, we will be refreshing your siding, new paint, door frames, window frames, and decks. We are also very excited to be helping some of you with carpentry repairs.
We are hoping to make it onsite and get your project moving within the next couple weeks!
We will be starting off with pressure washing. We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place. Please also have your outside water spigot on and available for the crew to utilize.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We are looking forward to working together!
