Wednesday, July 13th: Good afternoon!

The final walk through has been completed and the touch ups have been performed. Which means your project is officially complete! It has been our pleasure being onsite this summer. Thank you again for having us!

Friday, July 8th: Good morning, and happy Friday!

As you may have noticed our crews have been wrapping things up onsite. The next step is to have your project supervisor Jesse come out and mark areas in need of touch up with blue tape. We kindly ask that after the blue tape pieces are put up that residents leave them where they are as they direct the the painters to the areas in need of additional work! We’ve truly appreciated your willingness to work with us throughout the project. We hope you enjoy your freshly painted doors for years to come!

Wednesday, June 29th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite and continuing to work diligently on your project. They are prepping and painting garage doors.

Monday, June 20th: Good morning!

The crew is onsite and the pressure washer is ready to roll! Today the crew will be pressure washing all of the buildings. They will return on Wednesday, 6/22 to begin the prep work at Building 1.

Friday, June 17th: Greetings Residents of Villas at Sunset Bay!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your garage doors and frames as well as front doors and frames!

Our crew will begin pressure washing in the association on Monday, June 20th. We kindly request that homeowners please close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing of garage doors to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Washing will be completed in one day.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included areas of the homes designated for completion in 2022 (front doors & frames and garage doors & frames). We are projecting that preparation & painting work will begin at the first unit in the community on Wednesday, June 22nd.

The finishing of the doors will require participation from each homeowner to paint the door in the open position. The sign-up period for each door will be for 1-1.5 hours. Additionally, crew members will also be knocking on unit doors throughout the community and if you are available, please open the door to have us paint. Be mindful that once the doors are painted, they will need to be left open for a minimum of 2.5 hours after completion. Roell Painting will not be responsible and/or will not perform touchups for damages caused by closing doors too early.

We are projecting that all units will be completed in 7-10 working days. We understand this project may have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer.
