Monday, October 28th: Good afternoon!

The crew has completed the touch ups that were marked.  Which means your project is officially finished!  It has been a pleasure working with and for you. 

Tuesday, October 22nd: Greetings!

The crew has completed your project.  They will return to complete any touch ups that are needed and then your project will be officially finished!

Friday, October 18th: Good morning!

The crew has completed everything on the first building.  They will wrap up with the second building today.  Have a great weekend!

Monday, October 14th: Greetings!

We hope everyone had a great weekend!  The crew began working on the second building last week and is continuing to do so today.

Thursday, October 10th: Good morning!

The crew will be continuing to prep and paint the first building today and tomorrow.  They will likely also begin prep work on the next building tomorrow.

Monday, October 7th: Greetings!

We hope everyone had a great weekend!  The carpentry crew will be onsite today to begin the carpentry repairs and tomorrow the painting crew will return to begin prepping and painting.

Thursday, October 3rd: Good morning!

The crew was onsite yesterday to kick off your project!  They were able to complete all of the pressure washing.  A carpentry crew will return on Monday to begin tasks at the first building. 

Monday, September 30th: Greetings Residents of Wild Meadows!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming carpentry & painting project.  We are looking forward to getting started this week!

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin pressure washing on Wednesday, October 2nd.  We kindly request that each resident please remove cars from driveways and all small personal items & furniture from your front and deck areas to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the crew when washing.  You may return items once washing is complete; however, the contents will need to be cleared once again when the painting begins. 

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin carpentry repairs, prepping and finishing the included building painting.  We are projecting for the carpentry tasks to begin at the first building on Monday, October 7th with painting beginning on Tuesday, October 8th.

We anticipate the included scope of work on your group of buildings will take 7 – 10 days to finish and kindly request that each homeowner be aware of wet paint when entering or exiting their unit.  Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint gets on your personal belongings.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone can return to their daily routine.  One can stay up to date on weather delays, scheduling updates and other additional information by checking back here.
