Greetings and welcome to your project portal for the upcoming painting project at Steeplechase in Eagan. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer!

Friday, July 30th: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing on Building 7 and should be wrapped up at the end of the day or tomorrow.

It has been our pleasure to be onsite and refresh your building exteriors. We hope you have a great rest of the summer!

We will return to take care of any touch ups in the next several days as well. Thanks!

Wednesday, July 28th: Good morning!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain. They will return when the surfaces have had time to dry so they can continue working on your project. Have a great rest of your day!

Tuesday, July 27th: Greetings!

The crew is back onsite today, they got a head start on Building 4 yesterday and are continuing with the trim on Buildings 2 & 3 today. They should be done with Buildings 2 & 3 tomorrow.

Monday, July 26th: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint their way around Buildings #2 and #3. They are anticipating to start on #4 tomorrow or Wednesday.

Friday, July 23rd: Good morning!

The crew is onsite this morning and they are making great progress on your project. They are working on painting the garage doors at Building 1. The crew is also starting to prep Buildings 2 and 3 today as well.

Wednesday, July 21st: Greetings!

The crew is working diligently on your project and they have begun painting. A good, durable paint application involves not only spraying, but back rolling. This ensures that the coating being applied gets “worked in” to underlying substrates. You can see the crew doing this in the photos below!

First, the paint is sprayed onto the building.

Then, the paint is back rolled to ensure the best results!

Monday, July 19th: Good afternoon!

The crew is back onsite after the weekend. They have started on the prep work for Building 1. So far the crew has been covering the windows which you can see in the photos below.

Friday, July 16th: Greetings & TGIF!

The crew is onsite again today to pressure wash Buildings 3 and 4. They will return on Monday, 7/19 to begin prepping and painting at Building 1. Have a great weekend!

Thursday, July 15th: Good morning & happy project start day!

The crew is off and running at Steeplechase of Eagan this morning and the pressure washer is ready to roll! The crew will be pressure washing the first two buildings today and will return tomorrow to pressure wash the second two.

Tuesday, July 13th: Greetings Residents of Steeplechase in Eagan!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Steeplechase in Eagan!

Our crew will be kicking off with pressure washing on Thursday, 7/15 which will likely take a few days to complete.

We kindly request that you please remove any small personal items from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing your home and we are projecting the paintwork to begin at the first building ONLY on Monday, 7/19.

This is a large project that will likely take about 2-4 weeks to complete all buildings. However, each individual building will take less time.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
