Monday, July 18th: Good afternoon!

The crew has completed the final doors that needed to be painted which means your project is officially complete. It has been our pleasure being onsite and working for and with you this summer. Thank you again for having us and enjoy the rest of your summer!

Monday, July 11th: Greetings Residents of Wood Park!

While most of your project has been completed, there are still some front doors that need to be painted. The crew will be onsite this coming Saturday, 7/16 to paint the missing front doors.

Tuesday, June 21st: Good morning!

Your project supervisor was onsite last Friday and marked the areas that needed touch ups. The crew was able to complete those touch ups yesterday and today. There are still some front doors that need to be painted so we will be onsite in the coming week to wrap those up.

Wednesday, June 15th: Good afternoon!

Unfortunately we have another rain delay today. But the crew has just about wrapped up things at Wood Park. The next step is to have your project supervisor come onsite and inspect the work and mark touchups as needed. These will be marked with blue tape so we kindly ask that if you see a piece of blue tape later this week or early next week, please leave it where it’s at as it helps direct the painters to the areas in need of additional work! Thank you for your patience this week as we work around the weather!

Monday, June 13th: Greetings!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain. They will return once the substrates have had time to dry. Once the crew is able to return they will be working a couple more days before finishing up the project.

Friday, June 10th: Good morning!

The crew is continuing to work their way along the route painting garage doors and deck railings. Remember to sign up to have your front door painted using the calendar scheduling tool above if you have not already done so. Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, June 8th: Good afternoon!

Your project has been off to a great start! The crew has completed pressure washing all 8 Buildings and began prep work on the first 5 Buildings.

****We will be painting resident front doors starting tomorrow, Thursday 6/9. The crew will also be painting doors Friday 6/10 and Saturday 6/11. Please use the calendar scheduling tool above to make an appointment and one of our crew will be available at your scheduled time to complete the painting. Once painted, the doors will need to be left open a minimum of 3 hours to dry after the final coat is applied.

Wednesday, June 1st: Greetings Residents of Wood Park!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being back onsite and refreshing your exteriors.

We are scheduled to begin pressure washing the first four buildings in the association starting on Friday, June 3rd. We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any personal items away from the deck railings from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Additionally, we will be utilizing homeowner water spigots so please ensure yours is available to the crew.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included areas of your home (front doors/frames, deck railings/skirts, deck posts, patio door kick plates and wood window frames).

Additionally, we will be painting front doors at a later date/phase in the project. This aspect will require homeowner’s participation to allow the doors to be finished in the open position. We will post a subsequent notice regarding the scheduling/finishing of front doors at a later date. We will have an online scheduling tool for you to make an appointment to schedule the painting of your front door at a specific date/time.

We are projecting the preparation & painting tasks work to begin at Building 1 on Monday, June 6th.

This is a large project that will likely take about 2-3 weeks to complete all buildings in the 2022 scope of work (however, your individual building will take less time) so please look at our projected schedule for when work is to be performed on your specific building.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
